  This incense holder is made of wood. Wood is a fuel that has been known to catch fire and burn. Incense sticks are set alight and put inside this thing? Not sure what the level of risk is, but doesn't seem all that sensible an idea.       Yep, can confirm. Wood does burn. Not as stupid as someone using a wooden ashtray, but it's in the near vicinity. However, if you're unable to find an incense holder that's not constructed from a flammable material (i.e. wood), and you absolutely must have it, then why not?
