The $3 bonus will show as pending in your Cashrewards account immediately upon activating the offer (no confirmation email is sent).     Before anyone gets too excited and tries to use (discounted) Vanilla Visa gift cards to pay for the Coles gift card in this deal:

        Yes you need a promo like this to basically get what was the standard cashback rate previously. Back then there were promotions like this as well which made the cashback effectively 10% or higher

      You can add to google pay as well but same function as store card, because it's only need barcode n pin. Screenshot might also works, as long as your phone brightness is high enough for the reader to read.

      Small phone barcode scanner top corner of checkout.

      Pro tip - wipe the scanner lense with your finger. They clean them with a wipe, it leaves a residue then the scanner barely works. Follow up with hand sani for yourself.

      None as it's only to be used in one store i.e. Coles. Not like the EFTPOS or prepaid Visa cards where there's an activation fee.

    Whoever ask vanilla gift card work or not???

    I just tried and it worked. What l do l have my MC link into the gift card payment account only one card allow to pay. I deleted my MC and add vanilla and it worked however when you use this card to pay you need 4 digit code you need to check to your vanilla balance there is one transaction show the code with $1 auth pre authorize. Get the 4 digit code and put it in and you are done. Just make sure your card have more value than $51 l think should be fine. Less than $50 will be declined or rejected because you can’t split a payment. I hope my info would be help for someone try to use vanilla visa gift card to pay.

        That option is not working hence I asked. It asks to enter a 16-20 digit card number where the Coles Gift card numbers are about 29 digits long. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

            @Rakibul: For future reference:

            The full 30 digits of a Coles gift card is merely the barcode number. The barcode number contains a prefix that POS systems use to identify the type of gift card you are purchasing when you scan it and purchase it in a store. If there were no prefixes available, POS systems at stores would have an extremely difficult time distinguishing between TCN EFTPOS gift cards, older-style Perfect EFTPOS gift cards or older-style Ultimate gift cards (as an example).

            For Coles gift cards, the gift card number is contained within the barcode number, so that means the system knows which particular Coles gift card to activate. The two ways you can quickly identify the gift card from the barcode number are:

            • Any number from position 14 onwards towards to right is the gift card number, or

            • A gift card number starts with 6273 or 6277.

    @tightarse Thansk for the deal. My order is processed and received the gc but when I check the balance using the gc details on the balance check website, it's saying invalid details. Can you please assist me in resolving? I'll PM my order details?

    Edit: I have used the last 17 digits and pin. I'm very frequent user of the Coles gc but this is the first time, I'm seeing this issue.
