Another option for cashback. Beem it rewards is now available.
15% cashback at Breadtop seems a good deal.

  What if the same card is also registered on CR or SB for instore shopping? The store may only partner with one reward program?

  From previous exp, new store may not work properly, especially for Beem It as new to this area. If it needs follow-up later, it voids the purpose of little rewards. Nobody wants to be guinea pig.

      give them a bit more time — they have a big boss backing them - EFTPOS so could be in good position to negotiate nice CB rates….

  I wonder if you can use your Apple Pay for this, since Apple uses Device Account Number as opposed to the actual card number.

  It works for Cashrewards though.

  In addition, most of the time your “tap” will be considered as “CREDIT” transaction, which is processed by Visa (that Cashrewards partners with).

  Since Beem are backed by EFTPOS, you would reckon they will only recognise the transaction when they go through EFTPOS / “Debit” transaction. When this is the case, merchant usually insists that you are using your physical card and “swipe” as they believe that “tap” transactions are automatically considered as CREDIT.

  The full T&Cs doesn’t currently say that you have to select Debit or use a physical card. However, it does say that if the system doesn’t register the transaction then you won’t be getting the rewards — so if it is going through CREDIT (eg. Visa) then they won’t know about the transaction thus no cashback.

  If this is correct then I don’t think you’ll be getting double cashback.
