  I've had pretty good experiences so far. Ladder damaged in transit and replaced without having to return the damaged one. Damage minor enough that the ladder is still usable.
  Still also the cheapest local store to get smart bulbs and smart power plugs. Also regularly get $20 vouchers. Probably received 3 or 4 so far within maybe 6 months

    Me too, bought a kogan robot cleaner $99, handhold cleaner($100) , and slicer ($69) Cleaners died after 2 weeks. And slicer was very poor quality. Emailed the customer services. Credit me back no issues and let me destroy the items locally. It seems they all knew their home brand were very bad anyway.

    Also Kogan used carrier names porter or something, no website, no phone number, no tracking. But drivers always turned up 3-4 days on time. I asked the driver about their courier company website, but they know nothing about it.
    Interesting.

    Me too.. Had a microwave that was DOA.. refunded with no questions asked… I'd buy more from them if the prices were cheaper than other places

  wait a minute… I thought Kogan First was supposed to cover shipping fees for most Kogan-fulfilled products? just checked my cart and noticed this is no longer the case. WTF?
