Hi everyone, I hope you're all well.

Today our team have organised a bonus for both New & Existing ShopBack Customers, to take advantage of at eBay Australia.
I know there's a lot of text, but I've done my best to cover all the important info below so please read through the post details for any clarification.

  1. You can use our eBay Gift Cards to pay for your order, and still be eligible for Regular Cashback + this Bonus Cashback.
  2. The use of any Promo Code not listed on our eBay Merchant Page will cause your Cashback to be invalidated, but the Bonus will be eligible.
  3. Our Challenges can take up to 2 days to update on our system.
    It typically updates once our system re-syncs at 9am AEDT.

How to Claim the Existing Customer Bonus:

    An idiosyncrasy that I found. Shopping Ebay via the Shopback app. on my mobile I could pay Ebay using credit card etc but not gift cards.
    I then downloaded the Ebay app. and again shopped Ebay via the Shopback app. and I Could pay Ebay using gift cards.

      Hey @umoddbro, eBay can take up to 7 days to track (I know, it's a decent wait time).
      Typically it'll come through within 3-4 days though.

      If it doesn't track, submit a claim & let me know.
      I'll manually add the bonus for you if needed :)

    I bought an item for $5.15 ($4.68 item cost + $0.47 GST) and it's tracked at $0 cashback, but on the challenge it says I still have $0.32 remaining? Have sent order details via PM @gotyourback.

          Hey mate, yeah it is.

          eBay Australia reports their orders a little different.
          GST is included in their reporting, so our challenge can be set to $5 min spend.

          However, if you purchase an item from an international seller, GST will be added at checkout & will be excluded from reporting.

          Item from local seller = $5 checkout/min spend.
          Item from an international seller = $5.50 checkout/min spend.

          I thought I had updated the T&C's in the post to reflect this, but clearly I missed it.
          My apologies for that. I'll see if I can get the team to simply lower the min spend to $4.54 to accommodate for this error on my end.

    @gotyourback any idea why a purchase from October (BigW) that tracked (and definitely no return) is still pending?
    Approval was supposed to be in January, we're 1 month later and it's still not confirmed (sent you pm too).
    This was together with a bonus like this, but because original purchase is not confirmed, I also didn't receive the bonus.

      Same exp. I guess the issue is that SB forgot to update T&Cs regarding the use of eGC. It was updated after CR listed Big W with conflicting terms.

      In other words, those purchases may have been declined by Big W. Even they are approved later, it is SB's courtesy.

        I don't believe this issue is related to the use of eGC's.
        It just seems to be a bunch of Big W have late validation of commission payment, meaning that our system is still waiting for the payment to be authorised before approving the Cashback.

        If this is also happening with CR as mentioned by @wekimekigugudan, then it must be an issue across all affiliates.

        Our team have lodged an inquiry with their team to get this looked at.

    Made a $8.95 domestic purchase used a $5 voucher. I understand it will tracked but with $0 cashback. However in the challenge it still shows $0.58 to go. Am I missing something?

    Mine didn't track at all, now said Challenge Failed. Bought item in app via ipad. When tried submit missing claim it said needs 7 day to track but why wait since already said "Challenge Failed"? Also, I haven't been checking if previous challenges being tracked or not. Since there appear a lot of failed tracking from others, I will check from now for any future challenges.
