  Whether it's illegal or not, the app will be removed from the store (it's only a matter of time), and you can bet Apple will release a firmware update that will block features from this app from working (like they did with FlashLaunch - awesome app that gave us iOS users an easy way to turn off/on bluetooth, wifi, etc. like on the Android).

  As much as I love my iPhone, I hate Apple for not making better use of that notifications screen. Put widgets on there for heaven's sake!

  That being said, it's only 99 cents. Some of my favourite shows are on E4, so even if it works for a week or so, it's not much of a loss if it suddenly stops working.

    Agreed. After all Foxtel is a lot more than 99cents - A DAY.

  As I said above, working PERFECTLY on wifi/optus adsl2 on my iPad1 - BUT not working well on my iPhone 4s in the same place trying to use the same signal.

  So great on my iPad, not watchable on my iPhone 4s.

    well does sorta, skips a lot and takes long time to buffer on 100mbps cable connection :(

  Oh nooooooo I even brought an apple tv online thinking it was gonna stick around Jesus. !!! ;( but the above with link states it worked even without Jailbreaking… So that's telling me it's possible to do this after a jailbreak? Hmmm anyone know??

    if you want to complaint for refund,
    follow the link http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/store/
    trough to purchase/billing, and lodge a case with the problem.
    itunes custcare replied and refunded with 3days in my case.

  99c (actually more like 76c as the credit was bought for 25% off)
  watched an old movie and BBC news, a good deal really.
  and i even watched british adds, now I know all about aviva insurance and homebase.

      Still working and there are US HD movie channels added too, but it's not streaming very smoothly as the resolution is to high it needs a lower bit rate.

        Same only hd channels work and fake a while to load… Scared of syncing my iPad and iPhone to my pc to iTunes incase it takes the app away. Still happy with my 99c purchase ;)

  its working awesome now. App has switched the feed to filmon.tv and it seems to be awesome. best 99c i spent. Also Fimon has their own itunes app that has about 50 channels of different content which may interest people.
