  • USI Pen $116

    These?

    • Those say USA, not USI

      • +2

Americans often chant "USI, USI, USI" !!!

  • Seems a lot. The Lenovo USI has been $40 a few times.
Can we assume USI is a standard, so compatible?

    https://www.ozbargain.com.au/product/lenovo-usi-pen

    • It's cheaper but it's also crap. Not saying this is better I have no experience.

This one however is decent https://www.jbhifi.com.au/products/alogic-usi-stylus-pen-bla…

      • I'm probably old man. I didn't even know AAAA battery exist.

      • Agree with both points! 👌

Do not waste your money on the Lenovo pen! Well known lemon. The Alogic just works (Bought AAAA rechargeable from Jaycar to make it "rechargeable")

OP USI is a pen standard for Chromebooks.

    • I’ve purchased two of the Lenovo ones, they are rubbish. Avoid at all costs. They chew through batteries in less than a week as well as braking and becoming unreliable. They are so bad I stopped bothering to get warranty replacements.

      • Yep. Tried every trick I could find on the web on two different Chromebooks and it never worked. I went all the way through a warranty claim and then couldn't be bothered wasting any more of my time for such a cheap, crap produce and it's now just sitting in a box. HN had the Alogic for $59 so just bought that and it's been perfect.

  • Generally unimpressed with my HP stylus overall. Seems to end up getting funky with basic notation across a score of apps and it’s beginning to irritate me.
