I've been using this mouse for the past 9 months or so and it has been fantastic. The battery lasts about 4 months with a few hours of daily use and it's easy to just pop in a AA when it's low.

As also noted in the title this unit comes with Eastern European Packaging.

        • stimpee is that you

  • Good mouse, I bought it at $140 over a year ago and was happy with that price.

Logitech has excellent rebind/macro software, easy to use and set up multiple different profiles. The only thing I couldn't get going 100% right was for it to auto-detect games and select the right profile, I ended up manually choosing the profile before I launched the game.

if you use steam for gaming, they have their own executables for each game, which is why auto-generated profiles don't auto switch

choose executables manually in profile settings and it'll work

    my favorite mouse.

priceless for games where multiple actions / keybinds are needed often and in quick succession

500 wireless is also OK but I find this one much more versatile.

been through a variety of Razers, Logitech's etc. but this one is the best by far

best mouse there is for Mordhau or Chivalry if you're into that kind of debauchery. ya know, twelve dead cathedral ablaze

my keybinds for Mordhau are: 6 buttons on the side are directional slashes, left click is stab, right click is feint or parry, the rest is up to you haha

  • this or g502 wireless????

    • +1

see above. I prefer this one over 502 because button layout is plenty more logical and easy to navigate without looking, smoother learning curve

but if you just need 4-5 quick actions 502 is good, and probably slightly more relaxed fit

604 is irreplaceable when you need 8-10 keybinds that you need to use without taking your eyes off screen

Logitrch if you are reading this. G9x or bust.

  • Anyone know if you can switch between 2 computers quickly? ie one bluetooth and one dongle. Button looks to be on top which is good

    • yes, you definitely can, I do it all the time.

long-ish press on that wireless button does that

      • great, thanks! ka-ching

        • +1

is that ka-ching a $1 tip into my pocket?

or did that go into the swearing jar haha

    • +1

I double confirm this, I have it with bluetooth on my work PC and with the dongle on my gaming one. 2 seconds press on a button and it switches. I love the fact that it has a battery too, just making sure that I can switch batteries and it does not become e-waste when the included one dies.

Bought the g902 didn't like it, bought the g502 wireless didn't like it…..I guess this is my last resort?

    • +1

Odds are against you. Try a different brand?

    • if you need shit loads of buttons there's also razer naga options

  • Pity I'm too late to advise. I have this and it has replaced a G502 wired which I haven't used in months. I also bought a spare at a similar price to this from an Ebay seller a while ago because I don't want to be without it. Really fantastic mouse. No hickups on my systems with either bluetooth or dongle. Good enough for FPS. I play quite a bit of Fortnite.

    • So no serious gaming then? ;P

      • +2

Touche! But actually no serious gaming. If you look at what Fortnite pros can do, and what I can do, it's like we're not even playing the same game.

  • achieves 25,600 DPI

Imagine how useful a 600 horsepower blender would be.

    • will it blend? let's find out! (c)

wooo iPhone smoke. don't breathe this!

  • +1

Dont lose the receiver!!! You can't get a replacement from 3rd party sellers, nor you can get one from Logitech as they don't have any in stock
