  • Never again. I can't remember commenting on a menulog post before, but going out of my way because I tried them for the first time two nights ago.

    Food was cooked within 15min. Then the driver collected my order, drove to an address in the wrong direction and stayed there for at least 6hrs. Customer service were useless - couldn't contact the driver. Didn't offer to redo the order or refund - some carp about a $10 voucher to replace $40 food. Gave up and went to bed at midnight with the tracking status alternating between "It's on it's way!" and something about trying to get an update.

    In the morning the status had been changed to "Delivered" as if everything was fine. Still haven't got a refund or heard from anyone.

    tldr: Read the online reviews. I'm sure some people get their food but it's anything but a certainty.
