Only two out of eight Herpes. Not too good, especially missing the very common 3.
Still not bad, but could do better.
Those are the ones tested for, thats all.
While virus effects are complex, their biology, and protein shells are quite comparable.
In simple terms, even if it doesnt meet full elimination certification; if its effective against a similar virus, its unbelievely likely that it will at least drop the titer by a huge percentage.
The active ingredient here is ethanol.
The Coles and Woolworths brands are better, as they still have the same level of active ethanol, but have an additional residual biocide added too, similar to BAC.

Its also available stronger at Bunnings in a bottle called "methylated spirits".
diggers brand doesnt actually have any methanol in it, its 95% ethanol.
$15 or so for 5L and $1 for a spray bottle.
Only downside is the smell, but I actually like chemical smells, so whatever.
I'm always surprised at the up votes half price dettol wipes, laundry sanitiser or glen20 spray, yet Aldis everyday price is still a fair but cheaper than the sale price

I'd say not being able to get it delivered to a major location is a problem with retailer.
By that argument, we should only post deals that are nation wide. Rules out Bing Lee for example.
And any local family owned shops with a big sale on.

Bing Lee will have a [NSW, VIC] (or whatever) tag on the deal, and it clearly states that.If it's a specific Coles clearance, it will say the specific store.
This has no mention that it is not nationwide.
Also @kiriakoz where does it say the limitations it can't deliver to?
@decc0: Im in QLD, lots of it is flooded, if its not in the qld warehouse it wont ship right now. Literally thousands of amazon products are like that at the moment. I had to shop at coles instead this week there was so much 'not available'.
Im OK with the OP not listing fake addresses to test every state. Its certainly not a neg on the deal.
However, I looked at this and I can still get Amazon products delivered to the Gold Coast (dummy address). Sure it's delayed, but you can still purchase.
It doesn’t make the deal less good, just means that some people can’t get it. I don’t message in a post that says QLD or VIC only with my hurt feelings because I (rightly) figure that nobody cares that I can’t get it in Sydney.
Nope, this seems to be the normal price on Amazon. Sometimes it indeed hikes but generally that would be the usual price.

@BBF: Well in order to take advantage of this then, one would need to use a can every 4 months.

I used 2 cans manually sprayed in pulses to get a 3 cylinder daihatsu up to running temperature, to do a hot compression test, when the ECU decided it didnt want to inject fuel any more.
Fair call. I bet the engine smells nice after.
Sort of, from overspray. But to be honest, it doesnt smell great as exhaust.
But I ran out of brake cleaner, so this had to do!

Note when you spray this stuff around a Dyson air purifier the reading goes off the charts for VOCs. Ethanol isn’t really good for your lungs.
I mean, a lot of adults drink litres of the stuff, in the way of beer or spirits.
It easily crosses the blood barrier and affects the cells directly.
While right, I dont think spraying this, is any worse than an alcoholic drink.
For people avoiding alcohol though. I guess its a consideration.
