I almost bought a GC yesterday at 8% so I am happy chappy. Got a $100 now. Want more but if it happens every month I won't need to.I would say somewhat very frequent deals on an upsized CB on ShopBack. Last deal for 20% DoorDash was in late Feb this year

hmm bummer, not 20%? Is this their way of trying to test the waters and reduce the special CB deals to a lower amount to see if people are still willing to get them in large amounts and if thats the case then will they never go back to the 20% off deals if the 18% off is successful?
My thoughts as well. I’d refuse to stock up at 18% and will wait for the 20% to come back again.
Does the giftcard get “added/associated” to the DoorDash account once it is used and can only then be used on that same account (amazon/eBay etc style) or does it remain as a giftcard (like Woolworths / most others)?
In order to use the gift card, you need to first add it into your account and once added, the whole amount is then linked only to your account

Shopback is great for smaller cashbacks but on larger amounts they will waste your time and reject it although you have forced and gone through all the hoops required same as the smaller claims. A very unhappy customer here.Large amount = $100 in gift card?

I bought this last night and uses the credit to buy food rightaway.
When the food arrived, it was a wrong one.
Try to get help on this and ask their support and all they said is just “sorry there’s nothing else we can do because you are using this credit”
That’s pretty sucks! Imagine if you somehow can’t eat that wrong food delivered (i.e allergic). So beware of this.
Doesn’t sound right to me. I once had a missing item for my order and the claim and the refund in gift balance was quick and easy.

I always bought DoorDash gift cards from Shopback (who wouldn’t?). I don’t think it’d make a difference anyway once you have redeemed the code and added the amount to your DoorDash balance.

@dimasdwika: Seems more like a bad support rep than actual policy. Try contacting Doordash again for a different rep and if that were to fail I would contact Shopback to escalate it.
@eecan: Update on this, DoorDash still saying no and just apologetic but cannot do anything. Really upsetting on how DoorDash treating their customer using this giftcard
@dimasdwika: That sounds ridiculous! Try going to the Shopback rep, their T&Cs don't say anything about forbidding refunds…
20-30% mark up is what most restaurants do for their doordash price though.. Although very rare, few restaurants still keep same as menu price.
