Ozito 750W Telescopic Electric Pole Pruner, Corded $98 (Normally $119) + Delivery ($0 C&C/ in-Store) @ Bunnings

100

First deal post so be gentle.

I have been looking to buy one of these for a few months, then looking at the Bunnings app last night I saw that it had dropped in price from normal $119 to $98.

Please note it's not the battery version, it's 240V plug in. I prefer plug in, but you may not.
I have heard it can be a bit heavy, but when I looked at all of them in store most probably just as heavy.

Oh and you will need to buy chain oil too as none of them come with it in the box.

Don't know when the special will end. I am in NSW not sure of other states.

  • Good Deal. I had the headge timmer. The challenge I had with it is the motor is mounted at the top and is MASSIVELY top heavy. Might not be as much of an issue with the pole saw.

    • JVs a coming for ya with that "headge timmer." Best use the 12v blower to keep her away!

    • This is top heavy. Got the job done though 👌.. Now i guess I'm waiting for the tree branches to grow back before I take it out again lol.

  • Bought one last week for $119 - works great, I guess Bunnings wouldn’t price protect for recently purchased items?

Buy another then return on the old reciept.

    • Probably not officially, but I suppose you could buy one at the new price, then return the new unopened one with the receipt from the one you got last week.

Dunno, not sure of legality or what Bunnings staff are like. Most of them are pretty cool though.

      • Soon we'll think even breathing would be illegal the way the world is going.

        • illegal comment $100 fine !!!!

  • Thanks OP. I was looking for same, perfect timings.

Anyone suggest a good cordless line trimmer that can have different attachments like line trimmer and edger. Need something with good battery power. Sick if the petrol trimmers too much hassle and noise.

  • I got the Werx brand and the chain keeps coming off though I have tightened it or losen it. Any idea what I did wrong ?

  • This will be in response to the upcoming aldi saw.

I like the handheld feature of the aldi one, anyone used it previously?
