@bob19: We do, and these people are often locked up if they act on their impulses and spread hate, and it's definitely smaller than 2% here. They would lose their guns, not be given new ones. It's a world away from what's happening there.

        • +1

Might as well change the stickers to: We Stand With Nazis.
The real atrocities have already been committed by the Ukranians in Eastern Ukraine

This is very much right wing propaganda.

Yes there are ultra nationalist…forget about neo nazis thats just a scary name. Now compare the numbers of ultra nationalists (or even neo nazis) to numbers in other countries…for example Russia, Germany, Australia, USA. You may or may not be surprised

Look at how the Azov battalion started and the actual numbers of neo nazis in it, how it has changed. Not a nice bunch but focussing on them and putting so much weight on their influence is making a mountain out of a molehill.

Putin has done this knowing right wing elements will stick to this like flies to shit especially with his comments like

"It seems that you and I will have a better chance of reaching an agreement than with that gang of junkies and neo-Nazis that are holed up in Kiev and is holding hostage the entire Ukrainian nation………do not let neo-Nazi and Bandera supporters use your children, your wives and seniors as a human shield, take matters into your own hands"

Think about it and put it to balance.

There are no nations of good or bad people, just their leaders

      • no one said all of them, but there is a recognisable group that are still freely serving in the army of Ukraine.

        • +5

Yes, because they've been at war with Russia, who is militarily 5x larger, have no allies… and still want to protect their country. In this case, it is better to be pragmatic and deal with people who help even if they're not the greatest, rather than get high and mighty - and have no country left.

I daresay the same would apply here if we were attacked by a power 5x bigger. We wouldn't refuse help from people just because their politics wasn't completely aligned with ours.

And it doesn't represent the country. Aside from the fact they have a Jewish president, in the last election parties aligned with the above received 2% of the vote (pretty much similar to say One Nation and fringe groups here, who have similar nationalistic views) and they don't hold any seats in government.

          • @odysseus: coincidently the AZOV battalion in a nazi movement, oh well no problem i guess as long as they fight the Russians yeh?

    • +12

Hey icarus, where'd you get the sweet deal on that tinfoil hat you're wearing?

      • No conspiracies, mate. See above.

    • +4

I think you missed the point. The world is not standing with Russia…

      • +4

I'm not standing with Russia either but I am also not standing with Ukraine. They're just as bad as each other if you ask me.
You don't need to pick a side just because you get a free sticker.

        • +8

How many Ukrainians do you know. Have you ever been there?
They are NOT as bad as each other. Stop focussing on minor elements within the country.
They want to be free from Russia and for good reason.
          Russians aren't bad people either.
However, Ukraine has had a lot of poor history and been treated as second rate citizens for a long time. Read about Holodomor and then skip to the Miadan protests to clearly see why the majority of the planet is behind them

          • +3

            @slipperypete: Spot on.

After this latest invasion and attack (two weeks ago), 58% of Russians stand with Putin and support him.

In the last election in Ukraine, the neo-Nazi parties being talked about - who haven't invaded another country it should be added - only received 2% of the vote.

It's either poor analysis or just being Russian apologists to try to draw this up as equivalent.

            • @odysseus: I didn't realise so few Russians were with him….I mean we tend to swallow propaganda but this is very low. It's a shame he runs such an autocracy. I think his time is up but just like Belarus he doesn't give a shit what the public think or want.

I think you will find almost all people supporting him from here are very right wing….they have habit of blindly following their right wing media.

Not saying it is clean cut and the media is biased for sure but it is clear cut what the vast majority of Ukrainian's want

    • +1

Nazis are bad but russians are worse! Therefore we firmly stand with the nazis.
It is like WW2 all over again. The western countries slept with nazi germany in fear of russian communists. We all know what happened later.

    • +4

Ssshhh we're sending them weapons. They must be the good guys right?

    • -4

Shhh don’t try and provide actual details, the media and western governments have already decided what narrative must be supported and you’ll see in the comments that it is overwhelmingly working on the masses (they just forget it was only a year or two ago the same media was telling us all how corrupt evil and bad Zelensky is but now he’s useful to their interests)

      • No. The same media did not call Zelensky corrupt evil and bad a year ago. He was called out for his compromises and lack of political progress in things he said he'd do. He is far from perfect.

However, that doesn't prevent - or detract - from the great job he is doing to protect his country, in the most challenging time for any European leader since WWII.

        • +1

Guess you didn’t see articles from places like the guardian titled “welcome to Ukraine, the most corrupt nation in Europe” or New Europes feature titled “Ukrainian presidents rule becomes increasingly corrupt, authoritarian”, the Reuters release about their “inherent neo-nazism that is lead from the top”……in any event I’m not here to educate people who are wilfully blind, not my job to make people pay attention, most will when the media tell them to….they can enjoy being led. Have a good night

  • +1

    Thanks op.
The evil deserving hell are always dicktators & politicians' connections, not countries not people.
Who are paying for it? All.

  • -4

Is vistaprint dumb not having the stickers set on english especially where they are trying to distribute them in this country ?

    • +6

You can select English with the press of a button

      • No IQ here like normal , what does this mean : stickers set on english

      • +1

had the same question but didn't think a click of a button will change the image. Now I know what the words mean.

    • +11

You don't need a sticker to partake in savagery. Being a lesser human is qualification enough

    • +3

      They have t-shirts here

    • +6

Right, Australian biolabs need to be shut down too (hospitals and medical research centres too), let's ask someone to bomb Sydney. Based on Russian propaganda Victorian labs were buying samples from these Ukrainian "biolabs" so let's bomb Melbourne as well.

    • +1

Putin says if you want to support Russia, just go there and join their military. Much better then some cheap stickers.

  • +4

Any free dark sun symbols to support ukraine army?

    • +3

hahaha sorry I didn't get your earlier comment on my post.
Yes, please give me the sticker with the Wolfsangel symbol on it please. We support Azov!

  • +5

Gotta get your daily dose of virtue signalling

  • +8

Are there any stickers that support all the innocent victims of wars, no matter what side they happen to be on?

  • +15

I'm so thankful for the mainstream media for teaching me what to think so that I can pretend that I'm an expert!

    • Everyday i say that to myself 😊

  • -1

Thanks dealbot I think you did it for drama .

Ordered 9 different X 5 stickers ( 45 total ) on multiple accounts just for history sake .

  • +1

I’m always surprised at how left the OZB community leans. You just wouldn’t pick that a community who’s focus is on consumption would be so woke. Who so blindly gush over a marketing stunt disguised as genuine concern from a company that has put 100s of mum and pop printers out of business through aggressive price cutting. Then again, they seemed to believe Pfizer had their best interest in mind too 🤷🏼‍♂️

    • +1

Well get the max to protest .

    • +2

Then again, they seemed to believe Pfizer had their best interest in mind too 🤷🏼‍♂️

It's funny how right "libertarians" forget what Adam Smith says until they need to quote him.

      • -1

I have an opinion, I never said I was smart or well read. What did Adam Smith say?

        • +3

It also perplexes me how you read "left" into any of the above. What do you think "left" is?

          • @afoveht: True, I thought that after I posted it. I guess I mean those that blindly follow the narrative. Like those with the vax, who’s most passionate supporters tend to be leftists

            • +5

@Pennypacka: So Scomo and Gladys are leftists. Right.

            • +5

@Pennypacka: So evidence based = left and believes in bs = right?

Better look for a deal on a dictionary

              • @buckster: This comment 👆🏼
This is what I mean. Evidence based…🤣

        • In your own words ("I never said I was smart") you're admitting your own fallibility, but in the very next message you're saying you know better than us and all of the worlds scientists about vaccines (and I'm going to go out on a limb and guess probably climate change too). Have you stopped to wonder if there's a chance your opinion on these things could be wrong too?

          • +1

@Alderson: As futile as it is to try to have a discussion about vax effectiveness on OZB I will proceed. There is not a consensus amongst the worlds scientists. I encouraged my parents to get vaxxed but where is the evidence to support mandating me to get vaxxed, a healthy 40yo old male? Why in Australia have we recommended 5-12yo get vaxxed when there is absolutely zero evidence to support that? Sweeden has recommended against it among others, what evidence are they following? Google ‘what company has paid the largest criminal fine in history’. I have a degree in environmental science from SCU which isn’t worth much but I do know that ‘science’ can do whatever the ‘scientist’ what’s it to do.

            • @Pennypacka: So the simple solution to this line of questioning would be if there is good evidence to support widespread vaccine usage (which from what I've read, there is).

However I'm more curious to hear, if you think there is not good evidence, what is your explanation for why governments are encouraging / mandating it? What is your theory for why governments would act this way if there is supposedly no evidence?

              • +1

@Alderson: The general topic is way too complex to address and neither of us have the time or the will to get into it. just look at one small peice.. vax for 5-12 yos. Is there good evidence to support widespread vax in that age group? If so why would Sweden and others advise against it? If there isn’t good evidence (I’d point to the fact that not a single healthy child in Australia has become seriously I’ll or died from omricon) then I’d like to hear your theory why gov would continue to push it?

    • +3

Could it be most leaning right got enough money to not have to join ozb to save money?

      • +2

Yeah probably, Did you see the crowd at the antimandate protests in Canberra? Total ballers they were.

    • +6

Thank you! I always suspected that the globalists would exploit our love of free colourful adhesives and now that day has come. History will look back on today as "V Day" - the day vista print executed its plan for mass sticker based indoctrination. Without the OzBargain comment's section I would never have known the truth.

      • +1

Dont know about all that but they’ll gladly take your personal details and email address to send you marketing material. The brownie points they’ll get is a bonus too

        • +4

I just got an email from Vista offering me 25% off all "I Love Moderna" and "I'm a Johnson & Johnson Supporter…And I Vote!" glow in the dark stickers and rainbow wrist bands. That's how they get you, dammit!

          • +1

@TassieTom: Wake up sheeple! Jessie Ventura would be exposing this sinister under current if his award winning, hard hitting docuseries 'Conspiracy Theory' was still on the air. I blame The Reptilian Elite for the show's demise.

    • Welcome to OzB

  • +6

Australians stand with Ukraine as long as we don’t have to send troops and equipment to help them.

Australians support Ukraine in their minds and spirit, just minimal physical or monetary aid lol

    • +5

You are ignorant, along with those who upvoted your comment.

Australia is sending $70 million worth of military hardware, including missiles, ammo, and weaponry to Ukraine. Australia is also sending medical supplies and non-lethal equipment.

  • Why is this political post allowed here but anti feminist post is deem irrelevant and banned here?

    • Because feminist posts are racist.

    • If you hate women that’s your problem.

  • +2

Putin attack Russia because the Ukraine President is a globalist puppet out to oust ethnic Russians from Ukraine and threaten the Russia stability. In any case an internal political crash between Ukrainians nothing to do with Australians

    • +3

This view is the other end of the spectrum. It’s probably somewhere the middle but no one here will ever know what’s really going on.

    • +5

I heard the Ukraine President also eats Russian children /s.

    • +5

Everything to do with Australians and everyone else living on this earth.

Even if you look past the loss of innocent lives there is:

Unstable Russian dicktator threatening nuclear warfare.

Petrol prices surging which in turn raises the cost of everything.

  • +2

Wait, is something going on in Ukraine? First I'm hearing of it.

  • +1

Its so easy to so easy to stop the war with 1 happening .
    1) Swiss cut off their banks to Russians .It will never happen .

  • +8

I stand with neither… only the innocents on both sides… both governments can rot in hell

  • +6

Is there a downloadable one if you prefer virtual signalling?

  • +7

Where are the stickers for Palestine ? Are they still being printed ??

    • +5

The world only seems to care about the wars and struggles of the white Europeans.

      • +8

well, say hello to Serbia and Yugoslavia

  • +3

Truth is Russia will takeover Ukraine and the Western world and Nato isn’t going to do anything about it. They will not risk an all out nuclear war with Russia and kickstart WW3. Western world is just worried now China know how far they’re willing to go, so it will also go and take Taiwan.

    • +1

With those economy crippling sanctions in Russia , China aren't going to do anything soon .
I know its hard for some people to judge .

      • Yes a strong message has been sent.

      • China and Russia knows their value to the world economy. They will have sanctions in the short term but the world is heavily reliant on China and Russia for natural resources and manufacturing. Won’t be long till an agreement is put in place after Taiwan and Ukraine have been taken over.

Like I said, unless everyone is willing to go for a World War, the only thing that will happen is two countries will be taken over.

        • Russia's economy is smaller than Spain's and more than a half of it is fossil fuels. Now with all the sanctions Russia will be totally dependent on China (like Australia is, but much much worse).

    • Truth is Russia will takeover Ukraine

I will be absolutely astounded if Russia manages that. The Russian military is literally being decimated.

  • -2

I dont support war but both sides of the story needs to be lookes upon. What if your neighbours put survailance and petrol bombs ready to be fired at your house ? what would you do ? live in fear keep on feeling threatened or will do something about it ? Putin has done the same .. NATO which ruasia takes as a threat is trying to get closer and closer to Russia has expantionist policy that Putin doesnt like. PUTIN is doing what any one of US will do to safeguard our homes from external threats. IN SAYING THAT I dont support what is happening in Ukrain with the people but i strongly believe that Ukrains president has destroyed Ukrain not Putin. Putin clearly communicated that he does not want Ukrain to join NATO but Ukrain did not listen. If Zolensky was sensible and he cared about ukranian people he would have acxepted Putins demand specialy when he knew that Russia is far superior in terms of military power. Zolensky could have prevented this war. The only one benifing from this war is USA no one else. All people in the world are suffering because of this war.

    • +8

NATO is just an excuse, as well as nuclear weapon, Nazis, biolabs whatever else Russian propaganda is going to create next.

As a result of this war - Finland will likely join NATO. Estonia is also a NATO member, so all these talks about Russia being afraid of NATO'S missiles is just another piece of propaganda.

The only one benefiting from this war is probably China.

    • +7

Really, Putin and Russia are scared that a small country like Ukraine, smaller still after having territory already stolen by Russia, might pose a threat?

What's next? One of the world's superpowers finds New Zealand a threat and invades too? Because the sheep bad mouthed their president?

    • +7

Isn't this similar to the reasons Nazi Germany used to justify invading Poland?

    • fr, so instead of letting them join nato, were going to invade, take over, annex it so then… wait a minute now were bordering even more nato countries

  • +4

Yes stand with Ukraine but stay the f away from the US propaganda.

  • The best thing you can do right now for the people of Ukraine is to stop unnecessary consumption of petroleum derived products and services, even if it is free.
