        I've had a Hyperboom for over a year. Love it. I realise it's the size of a house but I'm a big fan after having a megaboom for years.

            @weezlebub: I bought 2 of those with very bad experience. One of them stopped turning on in less than a week even though it shows that it's charging but does not hold any charge. Both of them were charged to 100% but immediately drops to 70% when unplugged and further to 50% after 5min of playtime.
            The surviving one cannot get more than 3 hours of playtime on battery. I'm very sad with the purchase.

      Why not get a couple of bookshelf speakers and lay them side by side under the monitor? They'll probably be cheaper for better sound.

      These have an aux in and you could permanently power it from a spare USB port. Constant usb power might kill the battery life though? I'm not sure.

      Amazon wouldn't credit the difference, but they would allow me to return them? So I have re-purchased both the soundcore motion+ and the mini for $128 and returned my two for a $182 refund. Awesome!

      I have asked nicely in the customer chat a few times when I've encountered price differences and each time they have offered me a refund as a "one off gesture". Usually within 1 or 2 weeks of purchasing the item.

    Thinking of getting one. Owners, how does this compare to Marshall Emberton sound stage? I got my Emberton placed on the island and the sound fills the living, kitchen and dining seamlessly (sound great all directions).
