If it's like it was back in the day when I had mine, it would definitely not float due to the weight.

I wanted this pretty badly as a kid. But I read some reviews that this is changed a bit from the original one.
Yeah, the whole plastic bit under the balloon is very, very different. I don't think you could call anything other than the balloon part itself a reissue.
Does it come with the figures ?
I remember when it came out it was around $20 and the balloon was easily punctured.

It wasn't $20 when it came out either. From memory the figures were $19.95 and vehicles easily $60-$70+ in 92 or so.
