Not using fork anymore after bad experiences not getting YUM Points honoured. Not worth the hassle in my opinion.

    • Which restaurant was this?

      • I had the problem with different Restaurants in North Adelaide.

Very few restaurants accept YUMS and of the ones that do, very few know anything about the program.

  • Each to their own I guess - No problems with redemptions here, yes the list has gone down but it’s still free food 😀

I've managed to get them redeemed but I'm always meet with blank stares at the restaurant and have to explain it then wait around while they get the manager and try to figure it out. It's a pretty awkward experience.

    Dimmi

  • There used to be many restaurants that accepted yum points. However after I visited them to redeem the points a few times, they just stop accepting the redemption (but still allow me to book via TheFork platform).

      meat&wine co is good

    • Yes one in fairfield now dont accept any bookings but still listed on the app. Previously used yum points there. Weird.

  • Fork is pretty mediocre in Australia. Great in some parts of Europe though. I'd much prefer Eatclub in Melbourne. Most bargains are close to the city of course as that's where most of the competition is.
