Thanks I'll tell my partner about this, she's a celiac and gluten-free food is so damn expensive so this could work out to save a few dollars.

  • Thanks Click_It.

We've just given the site a major overhaul. Would love your feedback.

    • Your product range is quite limited. I would be more likely to place orders with your company if you stocked more of my favourite gluten free brands and products.

      • Agreed. Australia's premier store is a bit of a stretch. But. Thanks for helping to get the word out there.

          Thanks for your feedback guys.

We are certainly adding products as quickly as we can justify it. We need to keep an eye on our inventory, especially since some products date quickly. Certainly let us know if there are specific types of thing you would like us to look for. We have a wide range at our disposal via suppliers so knowing what people want will help us ensure we are stocking what you are after :)

  • Cheers!

How is this a bargain? Most items in this store are more expensive than the major supermarkets or health food stores.

$10 off plus nearly $9 shipping, is only $1 per $30 saving - that's just over 3% saving!

Also, I find it odd that you don't list ingredients or nutritional information on the site; most people with special dietary requirements NEED to read this BEFORE purchasing. This is a complete deal-breaker for me.

Your site does look alright, and it does run smoothly (for the most part).

Keep up the good work - we need more diet conscience stores!

Agree with the above comment. You need to list the ingredients. This is so important for people that cant tolerate certain alergenic foods.

We agree 100%. We have had feedback along these lines, and are in the process of doing something about it.

We have taken a photo of the ingredient label of every product. We are currently working on getting the photos resized and uploaded.

  • The range is limited and the pricing isn't great, tbh. And this deal is by no means a bargain with that postage rate.

Also, wheat free does not = gluten free, so I definitely agree with the above posters that the ingredients list is an absolute must.

If you do stay in business, I'd like to see a range of products that we can't get in stores like Woolies or Aldis, and that are reasonably priced.

    • Thanks for the feedback.

      1) We try and be competitive. However our main focus is being reliable, honest and a pleasure to deal with — not being a bargain basement discounter. We might try and do a % discount next time to improve the value for those who are stocking up. Would that be better?

      2) The vast majority of the product on the website is gluten free. There are some uncontaminated oats which are not allowed to be labeled as gluten free in Australia hence the term wheat free. If it says "gluten free" in the description then it genuinely is. Interestingly the uncontaminated oats are one of the most popular lines we carry.

      3) I will pass this up the flagpole. Our goal is certainly to bring variety and not be a "me too". The oats, for example, are currently only available through us in Australia. (there was one other importer, however they have had to recall all their product due to the labeling restriction — they left the gluten free label on).

  • Thanks so much everyone for the feedback!
