we have 2 of them, very good, just be careful with the plastic insert that covers the rubbish bin, if you loose it water fills into the dirt compartment, found ours a few days later, put back in and works fine again. Had issue with delivery but was sorted out after reaching out via facebook, online support directly was misleading and incorrect why the delay occurred. finally resolved though.
