    Got another text saying they will SMS me when it's ready for pick up despite an earlier text an hour ago saying it was ready for pick up. Clicked on the link to track the progress and it says docket is invalid, please contact the store. Probably missing out on this bargain if you ordered from Casula.

    On my order page it says awaiting pickup but also owed balance $339, I assume they'd push that onto me if I went to pickup.

    Picked up my 2 at 9:15. No additional balance payable. Lady was like “wow, there’s a lot of these ready to collect, are they on special or something?!”

    I really just dislike the good guys and it's not even because of price errors. They have piss poor customer and sales service hiring the worst bunch of degenerates. They continue to hire the most incompetent people so they should have to suffer to consequences.

    Got pick up messages and went to the store, the store manager said they don’t have any stock and he’s been very rude to me, sounds like I was my fault

        No manager on site, staff were rude. I only had a pick up sms and email with no cancellation at that point. I asked if they thought it was fair I drove here on their notifications for nothing?. They just kept saying they can't give them to me.

          There were 2 seperate deals. One OLED and one not. I considered the other ones because they were cheaper but went for the OLED instead.

    Very disappointed my order got cancelled but not surprised. What an absolute steal for the price if it had gone through. Place my order at marsden park, the old dragon (manager) who works there was extremely rude and turned me away claiming “there was no stock” despite there being stock and when called out for it, stated it was a “call from head office”. I’m not there to challenge you bro but don’t lie at least. He just didn’t want to Honour the sale since I had not received a cancellation text.

    I previously purchased a fridge from this mob and had similar issues with them locking in a quote for me (which was valid for 7 days). When I had come in (literally day after locking in quote and negotiating), the same manager almost didn’t Honour the quote, claiming his staff weren’t “fully across the negotiation process” - absolute bs as the staff member I had been dealing with had told me she was working at TGG for over 10 years.

    Fair Dinkum, a glitch is a glitch but don’t straight up lie. Reason why I don’t shop at TGG. Amongst the worst customer service in the industry (on par with Hardly Normal). Astounded this mob have been operating for so long with such terrible customer service.

    8am got a message saying ready for pickup.

    Left home at 9:30am. Drove 40km of the 60km to the store and received a message at 10am saying order cancelled.

    Pretty disappointed.

    Will have burnt a pretty penny in fuel for nothing.
