      Cheapest deal I've seen ever

OP hasn't seen it before.. now he has

    • Lol

  • That'll do me. Thanks OP

    • Not to be confused with the Jabra Elite 75T (Non-Active)

      • Oh didn't see the lack of Active, good point

      • +4

        he ain’t active listening

        • +2

          Yep. He's passive listening

  • +2

If my 65T actives weren't still going strong I'd nab these.

    • Yeah same here, I only get 3 hours of playback time from the buds though and it's getting worse.

    • +3

Yeah, I kind of want to buy these but there is really nothing wrong with my 65t's either, such a great pair of buds.

Maybe the ooonly thing that's annoying is that it doesn't have usb-C but meh

  • Can I run with these in, or will they fall out?

    • +4

I run with mine in and they don't fall out.

    • +3

      Depends,
      in where?

      • +1

        My pocket

    • have run hundreds of km with mine. No issues with them falling out

    • they're great for running.

    • I run with mine. For me, they're not the best fitting, need small adjustments every now and then. I prefer a little hook (like on my old pixel buds 2020) to be super secure, but I still use them to run in. Just means I run at 6min/km instead of 5min/km.

I have tried all sizes so far but might need to try again.

  • Does anyone notice the sound emitted by these earphones are softer as they age?

Or is it my hearing that is degrading :(

    • +4

Try google "elite 75t blocked vent".

    • +2

Recently got mine replaced under their 2year dust/water warranty for this reason (about 20 months after purchase). Particularly, mine would work ok for about the first 10-30 minutes and then suddenly have volume drop off and be unrecoverable. Tried claening them well, but to no avail. Put in a support ticket and had a new pair in a couple of weeks.

  • Not sure whether to go with these or something from SoundPeats for working out… never had wireless earphones before.

    • +2

Get these, so much better experience. Better sound, ANC, fit (this may depend), better app, build quality, better connection, and it supports Bluetooth multipoint. Only disadvantage is it doesn't support mono for both ears, Only the right side can be mono.

      • Bluetooth multipoint, did you mean that it can connect to multiple devices simultaneously?

        And why does mono matter?

        • It can connect 2 devices. It is a feature only high end earphones got. I enjoy it for work (phone+laptop)

Some ppl want to use mono at some situations, and not having mono for both pieces means user doesn't get to use the left ear piece if that's what they prefer or the situation requires.

        • In the passenger seat of a car. Want to listen to headphones but also hear the driver if they say something. Can’t because the left headphone only works if the right headphone is in use.

    • +2

I had 65ts but lost them. They were great. I recently bought soundpeats air 3s as a cheap replacement as there were no good jabra deals. I regret it and that’s why I’m in this thread. Hope this answers your question!

  • +1

Thanks OP, I grabbed a pair to complement my Jabra 85h. For wireless buds though I’ve been rocking a pair of the Skullcandy Dime’s and for the price, I think they’re pretty decent. But I’ve mostly found myself using them for calls and the battery life and microphone are weak points, so time to step up and if you favour call quality highly I’ve certainly found Jabra are a leader in that department with my 85h being exceptional (though not always practical and certainly not for being “active”)

  • +2

Nice thanks, got price beat at Officeworks for $131 :)

  • These or galaxy buds 2?

    • these.

      • Reasons why? Galaxy buds seem to have better reviews

  • Do they fit as well as the 65t?
    Asking for a friend.

    • As someone who's had the past 3 editions, I found the 75ts to fall out a lot compared to the 65ts. I now have the 85ts and I've never looked back.

      • okay thanks, perhaps I'll wait a little longer for a deal on those.

  • +1

These connect to two devices at a time right, so can this be used for both iPhone and iPad at the same time

    • +1

Yes, it supports Bluetooth multipoint and can connect and switch between 2 devices seamlessly. Just note it is not the same as to hear sound from both devices at the same time.

  • +5

In my opinion, these are the best sounding wireless earphones that I have. This includes Samsung Galaxy Buds, Buds Plus, various Soundpeats and a few cheap Chinese ones.

The only issue I have with them is that you can't use the left ear bud by itself, which you can do with most other buds.

    • You can't use the left earbud by itself? Damn lucky I didn't buy these then because I usually use my left earbuds more.

    • Honestly, that is a really big flaw. I mostly only ever use one bud at a time while at work.

      • you can use the right one on it's own, just the left won't work on its own.

  • +1

Would have bought another pair if I didn't buy the 85t just over a week ago. My opinion 85t is not noticeably better for extra 40% on the price.

  • Any info on the JLab Go Air Pop True Wireless In-Ear Headphones from Jbhifi?

I currently own a SoundPEATS TrueFree2 Wireless Earbuds Bluetooth 5.0, which i have no complains.
    Tks

  • +1

    Are these better than AirPods?

    • That’s what I’m wondering. Just lost my AirPods, and wondering if I should get a new pair or these

    • +1

In my opinion they are in all aspects except for calls. They sound better (may be helped by having actual in-ear tips) and last longer, with the Actives being waterproof or whatnot. Last year I sold my gen 2 AirPods (I was surprised people buy used earphones) and bought these instead.

      • How about call quality as I’m on the phone lots for work? My airpod gen 2 batteries are getting worse and worse…

        • +1

Call quality in normal environments (at home or the office) is great. If you are doing something noisy such as washing the dishes, it diminishes for all parties in the call.

  • These are great. I have 65t and 75t. Worth the upgrade.
Advantage over other brands includes good call quality and ability to pair 2 different bluetooth devices (ie. 2 phones, phone + ipad, etc).

  • Is it good for Teams calls?

    • +1

      Yes

      • Thanks for confirming

  • These sound great in my opinion. Better than gen 2 AirPods. The only downside I've found is that if I'm in a noisy environment or making a lot of noise on my end during a call, the incoming audio from the other person becomes quite muddy and hard to hear.

Oh and another downside for me is that you can't share the earbuds (i.e. you wear one and your partner wears another, if wanting to listen to something or talk to someone together in a place where speaker would be rude). This is something you can do with AirPods. The Jabras use 'Near-Field Magnetic Induction' to connect with one another and function so they need to be within 20cm or less of one another to work.

  • I personally prefer the fit of the Jaybird vistas which have dropped close to this price before. Had Jabras in the past and they hurt my ears. Fit is purely subjective though.

  • Cashrewards now giving 4% cashback on Amazon 'Electronics' (as of this morning).
    Save yourself another few bucks.

    • They declined mine

      • +1

I just got the email saying $5.05 cashback!
It was 0% on 31/3 but 4% on 1/4. Did u buy it early?

        • Yeah, on 31st

  • Just a word of warning:

Jabra's 65/75 earbuds have consistent issues with a hissing sound. I've had two pairs now I've had to return because (usually in the left earbud) they have a slight hissing that is audible, particularly at higher volumes. Even when dropped down to lower volumes, you can hear a slight fuzzy pop on louder bits in music because of it.

Jabra recommend resets/firmware updates but I haven't seen them work - it comes up constantly on forums but I think they've given up on it.

I'm returning these because it's really noticable. Best sounding earbuds I've had in a long time (compared to Vistas, Galaxy Buds), but the hiss is really, really noticeable for me. Can't believe it's still cropping up.

    • +1

I don't have this problem with my 75t elite active

      • Possible I've just had bad luck - it is definitely a recurring issue (lots of people on forums reporting the same), but I'm sure it's only some sets.

Just something worth keeping an ear out for

    • +1

have you tried to lower the volume of the headset by continuously pressing down the left piece. Then increase the volume from the device to a level you want. I initially thought there is something wrong with mine with hissing but found a thread on Reddit and many missed this volume control thing including myself.

I know at first one might think these are the same volume control method (pressing the earphone and from device), but they are seperate controls.

      • Will give it a shot, cheers

  • Oh man, I got these for $169 in the last sale.

  • Purchased one in Sienna off Officeworks for those looking for an alternative color to navy and they deliver.
