We're at 20 days already, so it's running out of time to get here …
Confirming that they told me last week, their supplier has delayed the shipment.
They also said it would arrive this week and it did.
I got some lipsticks for my mum. She picked the colours. 4 sent correctly. 1 sent was not the colour mum had picked. Items were wrapped in bubblewrap and put inside a padded envelope.
Time to check their replacements/returns/refunds out.
They got back to me quickly. I don't have to send back the wrong item. They've given me a store credit and asked if I would rather a refund on my credit card. I've elected the refund and will see how quickly they put that through.
