Circles.Life 120GB/Month Post-Paid Plan for $28/Month for 6 Months

82
120GBPTC

Was looking for a cheap high data mobile plan and came across this deal (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/692379)

I needed more than 50gb / month so just decided to try and change the code from 50GBPTC to 120GBPTC and apply it to their 100gb plan and it worked! My new SIM is in the mail.

Add the 100GB/Month plan to your basket and then apply the 120GBPTC code. Adds an extra 20GB/Month + $17 off per month for 6 months.

This company has a terrible reputation.

I've been with them since click frenzy 2019, no issues

    Good luck porting.

I must be lucky, smooth ported in and out. No issue on first try within hours.

      • Mine is still in process since 19th although i have cancelled the porting im getting notifications daily it will be done in 24 to 48 hours.

I ported out to kogan and back within 2 days. Would've been quicker had I not chose post paid instead of prepaid when moving back from kogan. The guy I spoke to on the chat seemed like her knew what he was doing

  • my Optus unlimited plan for $30 text and talk then 30gb data and shaped to 1.5gb unlimited, pretty good.

    • Shaped to 1.5gb ?

    • Is this still available?

    • This sounds good. Link?

    • I too am shaped to 1.5gbps with Telstra

The problem is with shaping is that is not a consistent speed, so you seem to get full speed for a few seconds then nothing at all for a minute

Very annoying when browsing or streaming

  • Is that 5G?

    • nah there's no 5g and no volte so calls go through optus 3g which sounds pretty average

      • Hi Adamreid! Yes, you are correct we don't have 5G network yet. Its something that our team is still working on getting with the help of our partner Optus and we'll surely update you as soon as we have the 5G network available on our service. Regarding the VoLTE/VoWIFI, its actually now included on our plans together with unlimited voicemail.

        • Rubbish, I've been with Circles since 2019 and my calls all go through 3G no matter what is selected on my phone. Are you making any progress with Apple watch support?

  • FYI, I've seen a few bargainers complaining being charged after porting out with Circles.Life. Plus the credit check comes with any postpaid service.
Better bother porting between best offers than risking this.

    • Mixed reports but I'll take my chances

Not sure about the credit check, they didn't seem to ask for enough information on sign up, just had to provide my Medicare number and CC

I figure it's the Optus network, and if they try and screw me when I port out I'll just open a TIO case and make them pay for my inconvenience

      • Also heard a few complaints about Optus postpaid staying in the credit report after service finishes.
But their manual service does work well, I remember complaining to their staff about the harass message second day after signing it up then they stopped it immediately. Mixed feeling.

  • Awful company to deal with

  • Am I missing something - with the Whistleout promo it's $28 per month for a whole year https://www.whistleout.com.au/MobilePhones/News/Circles-100-…

With this code it's an extra 20gb/month

  • Yes, porting was in circles

  • Never again

    no traffic shape no deal

  • Had no issues with them. Porting out worked OK for me.
Because it's postpaid if you get the timing wrong you end up feeling like you're paying double if you don't get the timing right.
When it goes back to the non-discounted $38 port out 7 days before and you get max value without dramas.

    Other user experiences may vary

  • WOW, Looks like these guys really want to do more business.
Well, gather round folks and listen to the one who has been through the hell and high water with this company

They will try to rip you off on every opportunity.
Terrible customer service and always predatory behavior toward their customer
Personal experience - overcharged for data use over the limit at a ridiculous rate without any warning or opportunity to purchase an additional package.
All extra traffic is billed in 1MB increments (even is you used 0.1 kb)
Raised a ticket then a complaint, explained the situation - received NO support, NO detailed usage, NO resolution.
    BEWARE!

  • Used data over many months. have been trying to use below the monthly data cap of 15gig every month. On one month i went over and they want me to pay excessive data charges without giving me notice that i have gone over in advance. I would not recommend you go with them.

    • Hi Ajthanud! Thank you for sharing your experience/feedback regarding our service. Please know that we do send out notifications via text, email and app notifications regarding your data usage once you've reached 50%, 85%, 90% and 100%. You also have the option to check your data allowance via the app and purchase extra data from there if needed.

  • What happens if your a returning customer after 6 month? Would it be considered a new customer?

  • I think people need to check reviews rather than listen to this flop companies Canstar crap.

Take a look here and make up your own minds.
