  • Has been cheaper in the past?

    https://www.ozbargain.com.au/search/node/Dell%20Alienware%20…

    Is this a deal?

    • What's with the double question marks, trying to understand your thinking here .. use a time machine to go back and buy it, or wait until it comes back down to that price?

Or do we acknowledge it's the best deal at this point in time, and people can make an informed decision

  • Pretty sure someone just posted the white version of this keyboard a few days ago for cheaper on ebay? I can't find it by searching on ozbargain though.

    • Sold out.(I meant the other cheaper deal that has since moved to forum) Not enough quantity to qualify as a deal

  • I have this one the low profile key is too sensitive. I don't like it

  • +1

I have this keyboard and really like it.

Edit: One thing about the software though. It seems to keep my PC awake so I can't actually have my monitor go to sleep. I can't keep the Alienware Control Centre or whatever it's called running. Profiles seem to run OK without it constantly on though.

    A keyboard for 175? Wow

    • RRP $389. : )

      • 1 bs rrp, anybody buying it for that much is an idiot

        • +1

Alienware is a bit like that. I do have a couple of Alienware products, just have to wait for the right combo of discount and cashback.

          • @ozbs25: Alienware products are definitely overpriced at rrp. After the right discount it is not cheap. But I like them because they feel and look much better than other products in my opinion. I have the HP Omen Sequencer for $90. But I prefer this AW510K more. The key caps have a softer feel to them being finished differently.

  • get a custom mechanical keyboard instead, and it will be much cheaper.

    • In this form factor, for under $200?
