Just spotted this on the ShopBack home page.

  Tracked in 15 mins.

  Pizzas were surprisingly good. Person making them must have been blind and used too many toppings. Person cutting them must have been blind as the slices were whack, but whatever, no fighting over who gets the big/small slice if I’m eating them all myself.

  Dominos chips are a lot better.

  Strange thing happened last time, my pizza was fresh but by two hours.

  I ordered for 17:30 as confirmed by my confirmation email (2-4-1 Tues, of course) but the shop received the order for 15:30 (I saw their receipt).

    Ordered for 4:15pm, prepared at 14:15.

    The staff showed me their docket with the 14:15 time on it, not sure what happened but they were good enough to make some new ones for us.

    Same. They called to say they were ready an hour early.
    They said they would make me fresh ones when i picked them up later…checked with girl when collecting that they were freshies. Got home..They had that 2hr old pizza texture.

  Damn it's 8.30pm and local Pizza Hut in New Farm not open for delivery or pickup…

  Their website says it should close at 12:00AM

  Anyone know why the 2 for 1 isn't working. Set pickup for Tuesday 4pm. Chose two pizzas from the 2 for 1 menu. Pepperoni / Ham lovers.

  Charges full price?

  Also the add to cart button is 90% missing with the shopback flyer and Google pay covering it.

  *Edit - Ahh..just read the t&c's. $14.95 minimum. You can't get 2:1 pepperoni pizzas, unless you tweak them up to $14.95

  **Edit 2 - Supersupreme $14.95 / Pepperoni with extras $14.95. BUT … Total 2:1 Tuesday $18.95 … Wtf is with this?

  ***Edit 3 - trying to modify one pizza after its in your Tuesday cart … I think it's impossible and you need to start from scratch…my god..this website is up there with Coles!

  Tracked after a while. Thanks OP and Shopback.

  I tried the pepperoni pizza, with beef added and Peri Peri sauce. Came in under $10, probably won't order this again and go back to my usual Hot & Spicy or the Super Supreme minus pineapple

  My order tracked after around 45 minutes. Although I needed the order for Sunday so the additional surcharge was out of pocket. A great Pizza Hut day overall regardless with the $10 cashback from ShopBack and $15 cashback from Cheddar (also $50 additional sign up bonus on top)!

    Thank you for submitting a missing cashback claim.

    We have appealed this missing cashback claim with the merchant and found that the merchant has deemed ShopBack ineligible to earn commissions on this transaction which results in us being unable to pass the cashback along to you.

    ShopBack awards cashback on your transactions on the basis that the merchant attributes your order to ShopBack and pays us a commission, they are the deciding party on a sale being attributed to ShopBack.

    There are quite a few reasons why these orders may not be attributed to ShopBack. This includes:

    1. If a user clicks on a Honey, Cashrewards, or another chrome extension after clicking from ShopBack
    2. If other web pages (including search sites, social media, store sites, promotional/discount sites) or web browsers are opened after clicking through ShopBack
    3. Clicking through to another page from a banner, pop-up, or advertisement on the store’s webpage whilst shopping
    4. Antivirus/Cleanup or Adblocker applications block or disrupt cashback tracking (Tracking cookies are required to track transaction)
    5. When the order falls under the merchant’s exclusions, including the use of promo codes not listed on ShopBack.
