Direct price on drop on this excellent large Lenovo Android Tablet and cheaper than the previous deal, as well as Giztop and AliExpress.

This tablet is different to others as it features a built in adjustable kickstand that allows you to prop it up on a desk or hang it up. The other big feature is that there's HDMI Input via the micro HDMI port that allows you to use this tablet as an external monitor. Good for your laptop or Nintendo Switch. There's also a USB-C 3.1 port with video out if you want to mirror the tablet on another display.

Other features include Android 11 with Google Play, 13" 2160x1350 LTPS display with 400nits brightness, 60Hz refresh rate & 100% sRGB Dolby Vision, 8GB LPDDR5 RAM, 256GB UFS 3.0 Storage, the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 CPU, 10200mAh battery with 30W Quick Charge, 4x JBL Speakers with Dolby Atmos, 8MP Front Camera, 3 inbuilt mics, WiFi 6 ax, BT 5.2 and Stylus Support.

For reviews I recommend checking out Techtablets indepth review. According to the review the tablet with the Global ROM has Widevine L1 DRM for Netflix/Amazon HD. According to Banggood it does not have Widevine L1, so you could flash the stock Lenovo ROM if it doesn't. Android 12 has also started to roll out from the 31st of March.

Ah wish I waited for this instead of the p11 pro :( great deal!

  • Hey Clear, what do you reckon the 12pro will go for? That things it's looking pretty sweet.

    • $699 USD is about as cheap as it gets at the moment.

      • Yeah that's what I thought. I really hope we don't end up with expensive ass Android tabs.

        • Overpriced Android suppositories.

400 nits is pretty dark screen. 600 nits is the norm.

It's fine indoors. Even in the review it's fine.

    Is Lenovo still commercial?

How do their Pro models still have 60hz screens at this price range..? 😑

    10200mAh! Monster!

  • What's warrantyblike with banggood?

    • +5

      Warranty?

      • Yup

        • +2

          Warranty?

        • +3

Was being a smart ass but you don't expect a warranty if you're buying from bangexpress.

You send it back to china at a hefty cost and wait a few weeks and hope they don't come up with 100 reasons why you broke the tablet. Or they'll offer you a small refund instead and just deal with the problem.

  • I'd rather this over a iPad pro and I could buy nearly 4 of them for the same price.

    Omg these specs

    • +9

Ipad pro specs are better in all categories…

      Biggest one being software support.

Unfortunately this is most likely DOA as far as software support goes, already has flakey wide Vine support on day 1.

Ipad pro will be well supported for at least 5 years from now, probably longer.

I'm not completely against these "cheap" Lenovo tabs but I think the sweet spot is the P11 for $200-250AUD depending if you want 4 or 6GB of RAM.

$650+ for a device with basically no future android updates (+ no custom ROM support) and no warranty… It's a no from dawg.

      • Yep and you sure are paying for those better specs

        • Yep you are paying for the better specs, the warranty, the software support (and better software) and, not that you are really "paying for it" but, much better resale value.

Try selling one of these in 2 years time… If you can even find anyone to bid on it on ebay, you might get $100 for it, maybe. You are better off just keeping it in the bottom drawer.

        $650 with Android 11, nahh

        • Android 12 been rolling out since the 31st of March.

      • I have the P11 Pro and have gotten plenty of updates fwiw

Granted it's only been 6 months but still

  • Screen sounds a bit dim.. but good price. Thanks clear. Very tempting

        OMG, please have my apologies..

Haha all good. You linked a good review regardless.

  • Can this thing play diablo immortal?

I would imagine so, SD870 is about as good a chip as you get in an Android tablet untill you go to the latest top end Samsung tabs.

    • Do you guys not have phones?

  • +2

Refresh rate should have been 120hz atleast or else would have been perfect

  • Wondering whether to cancel my Amazon Galaxy Tab S7 FE and get this instead.

    • Not if you care about updates

      • +1

This one is rolling out Android 12 and EOL is 30/4/2024.

        • Lenovo updates are absolutely abysmal

          • -1

@akib: Yeah. Disproves those saying it gets no updates though.

  • Pitty there's no 9-10" models with these specs.

  • Are there any other more affordable tablets with HDMI input?

Got this recently, good tablet, the pros are: great performance, smooth. Brightness is fine, audio is great. Can't comment on gaming I dont know.

Be aware though.. it is HUGE, great if you want an enormous screen, but it is heavy. It's like twice the weight of a ipad pro i think. Although since the weight it concentrated on one side it is not as bad as that sounds. (Think like holding a hammer by its head where the weight in concentrated instead of the handle).

I got it as a second monitor for the laptop, which is one big bonus of this tablet. Other than that it is probably the best tablet for watching a movie on a camping trip perhaps, *maybe as a coffee table tablet, but for portability and so on eh I dunno.

Also I'd guess being so large it is inevitably pretty fragile/not great at being dropped, so I really wouldnt recommend this for kids. Far better to get an ipad or something and put it in a spongey case. This probably wouldn't last a week in the hands of a 10 year old.

    Hope that helps someone

  • If this needs the stock rom flashed, where is the best place to find the rom and instructions? I have never done this before.

    • XDA is your place to be for any custom ROM support

      • I could not find anything there for this tablet.

  • Mine arrived yesterday. OTA update for Android 12 happened already. Can confirm it has widevine L1.

Haven't used it much but initial impressions are good.
