  • My claim from The Good Guys has been rejected twice despite submitting all the evidence/documents required (digital invoice, photo of the S/N on the ssd, and photo of the S/N on the box).

I've sent off an enquiry to the email address they list but I've had no response yet.

    • "The document you provided is not a valid Proof of Purchase.

We require the Proof of Purchase to have the following information:

Date of Purchase (must be within the promotion period outlined in the Terms and Conditions)
    Purchased Product
Retailer/Reseller/Name of the service provider where the product was purchased from" *

    Anyone have a solution?

  • FYI Anyone who had the issue of the serial number not being accepted in the claims form, try again. Its working now.

Email support has been horrible, from please send documents over and over, to oops you are out of claim period…

  • Anyone actually received their voucher yet?

    • Mine say approved as of 9th June and still nothing…

      • Approved on same day and also haven't received sh1t.

I sent them an email to chase this up,

"Thank you for contacting Samsung Promotions Team.

According to our systems, we are happy to let you know that your claim has been validated.

You will receive your voucher code via email within 30 days."

This was from the 15th. Damn steam sale is going to be over by the time they come through most likely 🙄

Just got an email for the voucher an hour ago!

    • +1

Same! A day or so to spare for the sale :D

  • The redemption page is no longer working?

it finally accepted my serial number AFTER the claims date. luckily i had contacted them via email to investigate BEFORE the claims date. but on the cut off date, they said times up to claim. so lame. wrote back again and they said will investigate.

  • 3 days ago i received my five $20 steam wallet codes from Samsung for buying x2 T7 Touch 500GB ssds and a 980 PRO 2TB ssd with Heatsink. submitted my claim on 27/5/22 so took around 40 days.

  • My overalls experience with Samsung Redemption is a scam, even when you're claim is valid, Samsung will reject your valid claim for a valid receipt and valid participating retailer, they do this on purpose. After emailing them back and forth and threatens to complaints on social media that they completed my claim. This company shouldn't be allow to operate in Australia, with their scam ads.
