Bought one of these before Xmas to use instead of my corded version. Heats up really quickly. Handy for small jobs as it can only extrude at a slower rate.
My model seems to self-discharge over a period of time. After a month of no use, the battery is usually dead.
I'd try one from ebay for half this price.

Purchased for my daughter for Xmas who loves arts and crafts. This seems like a solid build however it jams up and all the glue goes inside the gun and then stops working. I emailed 3 times requesting return or replacement with no response. Terrible product and even worse customer service. I would look elsewhere for another brand.

For every email and customer problem, we will have a dedicated customer service for you. You said you sent 3 emails, which email address did you send to? What is your email address?
Topto website. Purchased from your platform and went through customer service 3 times on the website with no response. Happy to deal directly with you regarding this of you can sort this out.
Update - as of 19/4 no response again from Topto to my PM with my details of the issues. As suggested earlier, no response and horrible customer service.

So is the difference between these 2 "bargains" that one has 15 and the other 30 glue sticks if so the pricing is a bit random!
The 15 gluestick model has a charging dock.
Has anyone got any feedback on this please? I use my corded hot gun for DIYs and I’m annoyed that I have to keep plugging it in.
