      My $15.99 order from Amazon AU hasn't shown up as being tracked on Shopback yet, so therefore neither has the $14 bonus.

    gotyourback - placed an order via Amazon but for some reason my delivery address wasn't eligible (Amazon delivery hub, go figure). Had to cancel as I couldn't change anything. If I re-order via Amazon (or another merchant) will I still get the bonus or is it first transaction only?

        My better-half is going to be disappointed if this is the case, as she did an Amazon S&S earlier today.

        I just checked - nowhere on the promo page or the Amazon landing page does it mention that S&S purchases are ineligible. And people shouldn't be expected to carry around institutional knowledge about non-disclosed T&Cs!

    If I place an order and trigger the challenge completed notification, is the challenge subsequently tied to that order? I want to cancel that order and place another before Sunday, will I keep the challenge?

    My order at CW tracked and bonus is good too.
    Although CW only tracked at +- 0.8% after tax (so final price without 10% tax and without shipping), it should be tracking at 1% I thought.

    But ebay order confirmation not received until 12:05am.

    After activating offer, I made purchase on Agoda and then eBay. Do I get bonus only on the completion of hotel stay or earlier? Will I still get $14 bonus because of ebay purchase if I cancel hotel booking in 3-4 months time?

    I intended to take bonus for ebay purchase but just made this Agoda free cancellation for travel 6 months later. How do I connect challenge with ebay purchase?

    Had to do a cashback claim today from Amazon AU purchase which didn't track, but was on click history from 16/04,
    Means also missed out on this $14 bonus that I activated prior.

    Not holding out alot of expectations that the original purchase will track, or that the $14 bonus will get paid out.
    Upon looking back through, eBay AU and Amazon AU purchases are all locked on 'calculating', and neither have tracked correctly.

        I purchased something on Amazon like the rep said we could on the previous page.

        The click through registered in shopback but the completion was not recognised in shopback and the challenge now says it lapsed and was not completed.

              @wekimekigugudan: Yes. Regular cashback will be void but will trigger a "rejected" event which will trigger the challenge completion.

              The $14 cashback is in addition to the regular cashback you'll receive for shopping at you desired store through ShopBack.

        When you say the click registered, what about the cashback tracking itself. Is there tracking for the cashback for the purchase?

          No. It tracked I clicked but didn't track the purchase.

          Says "Your click has been recorded and we are checking to see if you shopped at Amazon Australia. If so, you will see your Cashback within 2 days."

          But it's been over 2 days and never updated to show the purchase.

          Ahh that would explain why your challenge failed. Challenge will only update to Reward Pending/Complete based on the cashback tracking for a valid purchase. Essentially the challenge gets linked to a valid cashback tracking. Because your Amazon purchase didn't get cashback tracking, the challenge didn't get linked to any purchases so it failed.

          You'll need to submit a missing cashback claim for the Amazon purchase and mention about the challenge too.
