Seems like you need to scan and upload a picture of your student ID card to be eligible

Edit: Didn't think to try last night but (thanks to petestrash) apparently if you are currently unemployed you can get it free anyway without any ID hassles… Just need to tick the box agreeing that you aren't using it commercially

Edit: Clearly I didn't get all the freebies offered but according to posts below cold fusion builder is ONLY available to students with ID check while Flash Builder is available to everyone for non-commercial purposes

    no proof required for unemployed, just have to agree you are "not employed and not otherwise paid to develop software applications or web pages"

    Correct me if I've heard wrong, here… but:

    I've heard that Cold Fusion & C F Builder 2 are ONLY available to Students & Staff in [tertiary] Education.

      yes, apparently CF & builder is only for education purposes. ID check required. No freebies for the the "unemployed". LoL
