  • The Wii Bundle is advertised at $449 not $499 at Target.

If you want Wii Fit, Toys r us have the Wii + Wii Fit for $449.98 that leave $129 for spend on games of your choice, based on Target Package!

edit: forgot to mention that they also give 5 x $5 coupons towards purchase of games!

    • updated the wii bundle price. thanks.

I still think it's a good deal cos the included games alone are retailing for over $160 in total (going by prices on dse.com.au).

  • Thanks for posting this - wouldn't have seen it otherwise as we didn't get that catalogue (they have two catalogues this week). My husband went out and bought this pack this morning and they didn't have the spyro game but gave him a Leggo Star Wars game instead - much better!

  • Just called Target to check their stock levels since I'm heading over today, the dude I spoke to advised there's plenty of stock and there would be even more stock coming next week for another Big Toy Sale.

Apparently the Wii Bundle will be $429 (Consisting of Accessories pack, 2 games - Wall-E & Wii Sports) during their Big Toy Sale next week. Since Wall-E is a newer game some ppl may decide to wait til next week, but even the Target guy said that the current offering of Kung Fu Panda and Spyro the Eternal Flame game looks to be better value since these titles are still around $90-$100 in their stores.

Just thought I'd pass this on, I'd still recommend calling your local Target to confirm should you decide to wait til next week's toy sale.

  • Got the Wii Fit for $129 yesterday. Their instore advertising said it was $149 but rang up correctly at $129. They also seemed to be clearing out older IPods at prices higher than the newer IPods. No idea what was happening with their prices. The store was on Bourke St, Melbourne.
