    Hi OP, welcome to OzBargain!

    My suggestion is that you include a list of participating retailers for Ultimate gift cards in a table within the deal description, so you can prevent the confusion that happened in the comments section earlier today. To save you (and other future OPs) time, I have stored Markdown code for such a table on one of the OzBargain wiki pages. If you copy the rows from the code section (with the yellow background), you can paste the code into your deal description and then delete the rows you don’t need for your deal. I run a script to scrape this information from the Ultimate gift card website on Saturday nights and update the associated page on the OzBargain wiki page accordingly, so it should be up to date:

    You’ll notice that some participating retailers are already in bold in my Markdown code; this is due to some participating retailers (e.g. JB Hi-Fi) being particularly popular on OzBargain. If you look at the Deals By Category graph on OzBargain historical transparency reports (e.g. Feb 2022), you’ll see that OzBargain deals are skewed towards Electronics, Electrical, Gaming and Computing, which means that JB Hi-Fi (and to a lesser extent, The Good Guys) tend to be popular merchants. Gift card deals where JB Hi-Fi (or The Good Guys) are participating retailers tend to do well on this site if there is a good upfront discount (minimum 10%, but especially 15%) or a decent loyalty points bonus from Flybuys or Everyday Rewards.

    Please be mindful of the fact that I also store Markdown code for the Ultimate EFTPOS gift cards (as well as a table that lists out the redemption methods for each participating retailers) and other multi-retailer gift cards (e.g. TCN gift cards) on the same page, so make sure you don’t copy from the wrong code source!

    I also noticed that the image of participating retailers for the Ultimate Her gift card is out of date. Cotton On was added to the Ultimate Her gift card (and a couple of other Ultimate gift cards) 1-2 weeks ago, so you may want to look at updating your page so that is in line with the Ultimate gift card website.
