    There are some shows that are free. You chose the ones that have an admin fee.

  This site is great but occasionally there are problems. One show I had booked to see was cancelled and was told I would get new tickets at some stage. The tickets were only sent to me 4 hours before the show begun with no prior notification about being allocated that show. I contacted Itsonthehouse and spoke to Irena. I had a stroke so it took me a while to follow up. All I got from Irena was her complaining about why I took so long to raise it.

    Hi - Irena here. I doubt it was complaining. You received free tickets in the first instance, so there were no refunds to be processed. If you also received a change of tickets really that is a bonus. Normally people pay an admin fee on our site. Occasionally we run a promotion and organise completely free (no admin fee) tickets. That is absolutely the exception. In future, where you receive completely free tickets and there is a change in date or there is a cancellation, ON THE HOUSE does not owe you anything more than an apology for the change.
