          Usually most merchants don’t allow the use of gc, but looks like some OzB users have their cashbacks confirmed

          Imo, best not to use any gc if possible

            @BargainsGrabber: Yeah I'm unwilling to roll the dice. I don't think SHopback would compensate you if the Cashback for the purchase paid by Gift Card tracked but then was later rejected.

    Although the food prices at My Pet Warehouse are high, their flea and worm product prices are only slightly higher than Pet Circle et al, and with 30% cashback til 4pm are by far the lowest I've seen anywhere. So time to stock up.

    I was wondering if I can do another purchase to buy Dyson v10 vacuum cleaner? Can I do 2 different transactions and buy 2 things and still get the cash back. Or is it one per customer.

      Hey mate, there’s no mention of any cap per ShopBack account.
      Best to split the transactions jic if TGG decides to cancel one item on your order. If you decide to split the transaction, rmb to click through ShopBack each time (exit the app and click through TGG again)

    Picked up a Breville The Barista Pro coffee machine and the cashback didn't seem to track. Have lodged an enquiry with Shopback and they say they need to check with TGG and they'll hopefully have an answer by 21/09. Was waiting on EOFY sales and only purchased now due the 15% off. Anyone know if I should/can return it rather than risk having the claim rejected in 5 months time?

    PS Has anyone ever gotten the emailing of a digital receipt from TGG to work from the SMS'd link? I tried on 2 different browsers, with 2 different email addresses on 3 different days and haven't received anything yet. I've spoken to about half a dozen other friends/colleagues that all claim they've never gotten it to work either.

      Looking forward to hearing from the rep.. because this is not cool. It's one thing to decline a cashback which we can dispute, it's another thing to just change the number without any notice especially if we have a lot of cashbacks to keep track of..

      Some of mine changed to "Calculating" and I have no idea what the number was before..

      In my case, $190 cashback dropped to $40, while the status for a few other recent purchases also became "Calculating." Everyone should probably check their cashback details.

      EDIT: I chatted with a customer support team member about the sudden reduced cashback amount, noting that others are experiencing a similar issue, and it's being escalated internally. Will apparently hear back via email. As for the "Calculating" status, on closer inspection they were likely all 0% cashback purchases for me.

      It's happened to me too! I ordered three items, so had three tracked transactions which all looked fine at first, two at $339 and one at $177. Now I have one that's calculating, one that's $163 and one that's $23… I've contacted the support team as well.
