Bought this to replace my 5 years+ old Samsung 6.5kg top loader.

Not a bad price for a 12kg front loader. RRP $1,349. Other online stores are selling for $1,285 and over.

Got a weekend deal email from TGG for $995 and an automatic price beat popped up for $975.
Use Shopback for 15% cash back just for today original deal, down to $828.75 after cash back.

I'm still waiting for mine. Anyone else in the same boat as me?

    • Yeah I’m still waiting too, last update I had said “mid-may” for stock arriving to the Lutwyche store :/

They also changed my order date in the system from 23/04 to 17/05 so it doesn’t appear to be as late, seems a bit cheeky!

      • I didn't even notice they changed it. Mine got moved too though not that late which now says 27/4 even though I ordered it because of this deal. I'm not even getting any update. I always have to contact them first and their response was it's arriving soon. That was last week. It's past mid-May now so they're not really keeping up. >:(

  • Just got mine today, is there a way to have it skip the tutorial completely when you turn it on?

      • Will try on weekend if the weather holds

      • Pretty good! It's way more silent than the top loader it replaced and the app notifications to tell you washing is done is great for WFH

    It finally arrived today!

Having some issues getting it level (it was violently shaking during the first rinse) and it won’t connect to Wifi for some reason but otherwise it seems like a great machine.

    • Need to adjust the feet mate. Did you also remove the shipping bolts from the back access panel?

      • Yep, had to adjust one of the feet. Wifi only seems to work after disabling WPA3 on the router (WPA2 works) not sure it’s worth it.

The jingle when it’s finished is ridiculous, beep beep would have sufficed!

    • Use a spirit level, the top of the machine is pretty flat so the measurements are pretty accurate. Mine has no movement or shaking at all.
