Ordered on Tuesday but unfortunately, delivery is handled by one of the worst shipping companies in Australia, Aramex. Tried getting in touch to track my parcel but customer service is outsourced offshore little to no effort helping tracking your delivery. I wish it was a different shipping company handling this delivery.
never heard of aramex, my tracking number is still auspost. though its been a few days now and auspost still have nothing more to say than 'waiting to be received by sender.' tried contacting agro, no reply.
Bloody hell Agro Beans - why is shipping with bloody Aramex .
If you continue to use this company for future deliveries then that is the last order I make with Agro.
The worst company I have to deal with, Aramex. And I thought CodExpress was the worst! At least with CodExpress they let me contact the driver myself and I have to go out of my way and track the driver down just so I can pick up my parcel myself! I don't understand why they cant do business with local parcel pickup points around the area.
Mine came via AusPost but still took 11 days to get from Syd to country NSW. It took 5 days just to arrive at the sorting facility at Chullora.
Shipping times aside, I'll be ordering again I think. The creme beans are amazing!
