Great for you. But this is RRP and a B550 motherboard.
X570 motherboards were going for $95 last year.
For this price you the motherboard should have Wifi AX + BT 5.2 included.

I think this is its normal price, not really a deal.

This is a deal. Mobo prices were ridiculous last year because they were getting shipped with GPUs in order for retailers to be able to buy them, so they were being offloaded at a loss.
Remember to limit the network adapter's speed to 1 Gbps down from 2.5; otherwise you might experience random disconnects in some online games.
My board came with the second revision of Intel's i225-v chip and this was the only way that I could get it to work properly.
At this point the only reason to go for AM4 for a new build is if you can get a motherboard cheap enough to offset the price difference between an AM4 CPU and the equivalent (cheaper) Intel CPU, and this ain't it.
(Unless you're one of the handful of people who literally makes money from gaming but don't want to buy a 12900K and thus are the target market of the 5800X3D)
Unreal Engine development seems to favour the equivalent Zen3 chips, so there's another niche case.
The other store that has it at $219 has it only sale at $30 off. Hardly a normal price?
