You can force it for any game. Sony just says possible visual bugs.

      • I got confused and thought it was VR support :(

Asked Amazon via chat if they were going to match it.
They sent me their official "no price matching policy"

    • +2

The people handling live chat are not the decision makers, hey.

      • They can be nice. I've managed to get them to credit the difference before but I guess it depends who you get or perhaps if it's happened before.

Still hesitant even at 50% off. Which i think means hold off for me.

Bethesda and Ubisoft games usually drop quickly. I imagine it will get cheaper. Plenty to play already so will hold off

$0.02 more for the version with the tin poster from Amazon too if that's your jam.

Thanks! Definitely worth the extra 2c

  • Is this actually any good? Reviews seem OK without being great, but it just seems to have vanished without a trace after being released. Haven't really heard anybody talking about it, good or bad.

It's good. A solid 7-8/10 type of game. It's fairly derivative in that it's more or less a Ubisoft open world clone. The combat is a bit shallow but it's still fun just don't expect much depth like The Evil Within. The open world is massive and very dense with lots to collect and explore and takes 40-50 hours to 100%. There aren't many games that try to recreate an open world Tokyo so I think it's pretty unique in that aspect. I'd say worth it at this price if it interests you but it will no doubt be a $10 bargain bin game at the end of the year.

      • Just got the platinum yesterday… took just over 50 hours for me. Don't forget to grab one of KK's notes and voice log in chapter 5, and be sure to do the 3 side quests before finishing chapter 4. Oh, and use the spirit perception beads… so easy with that.

I really enjoyed the game. It was almost like part inFamous, part Ghost of Tsushima. It is a bit grindy, but sneaking up behind them and ripping their cores out seemed so satisfying lol

This is a pretty rubbish game if you ask me. Hit on the reviews and you'll see how bad it is. Rather just watch some YouTubers play this and save your hard earned.

75/100 at Metacritic. Far from a rubbish game but still pretty average by gaming review standards. It's a good game overall in my opinion.

  • The PC version has also dropped to $44.
