      Meh, ozbgbners have extremely short memories. Not particularly good for business as they typically clean out the cheap deals and despite spewing threats when things go wrong, they'll happily jump on the next deal. Shopback anyone?

        Yeah while this is true i guess to some extent, if there was ever a need to purchase any camping gear I would certainly avoid these guys.

    Not only did they cancel my order, they deleted the whole account I made, What an absurd reaction.
    The refund email said you have not been charged, but technically I was and then refunded.

      Maybe because people are creating multiple accounts to get the $20 credit when the conditions of signing up say that

      A successful applicant may only hold one Alliance Club membership.

        Fair enough if someone had done that, but I signed up for my one and only membership yesterday and had my order cancelled. The only thing I seem to have done "wrong" was get a really good deal.

      Do you have any friends or family that could use one? Group them together in one order. $25 per bag including delivery if you order 2. $20 per bag including delivery if you order 3. That's what I did!
