      Did you just wait or refresh screen? I’m stuck on spinning wheel after pressing start subscription now.

      • If I got the auth error I refreshed, it finally worked but only when i clicked start sub and DIDNT receive the error. I think once you get that error you're best refreshing

          Got it in the end, had refreshed / opened 3 new tabs and one of the new tabs worked…

            Off all tabs and the last one I have one more go and it worked. JEESH I earned that damn sub lol

        i backed out to the previous screen and clicked submit again and repeated that until it worked.

  • 10 tabs and 50 refresh later one of it finally worked.

    Everything went through well. But there is a difference in the confirmation email for binge sub. While kayo sub email confirmation says 12 months free but that of binge says your monthly sub is activated. Everyone else received same emails? I believe they will revoke it sooner or later.

  • Whew… Binge was the only one I was interested in. Didnt care for Flash and Kayo. Thankfully I tried that one first and created the account successfully. They caught on before I activated Kayo and Flash. No I just hope they dont somehow cancel already activated Binge accounts

      Which page did you refresh on?

      • I was stuck on the "verify your phone number page". The start subscription button wasn't clickable…. Eventually it worked though

    Stuck on "Verify Your Mobile Number" screen.

    No SMS nor even a box to enter the code. Page is semi-greyed out?

      I started over and the voucher code had already been applied and it didn’t ask me to verify mobile again.

    getting Request failed with status code 429: Rate limit reached after creating and getting through to creating profile
    edit: worked now, hit and miss with the coupon applications, tried it a few times and it worked

    Incognito mode worked right away, just keep entering takes a couple of tries when you log back in as a returning customer

      Nope, still gets stuck on mobile verification for me.

      • Agreed spoke to soon! It was on the agree and conti ie page and had to refresh page for ages and now it's loading but can't continue, I think it's just overloaded

  • Cool. Got it. Lot's of Refreshing the page with the auth0 error. Refresh. Click Button. Retry. Eventually got through.

  • For those who got it to work, which browser did you use? Both firefox and MS edge are getting stuck on 'Verify Your Mobile Number'

    • It's a server-side issue, so browser shouldn't really matter. I was refreshing on Safari, Brave desktop and Brave mobile all at the same time (I copied the URL over).

      • Are you getting the same issue on Verify Your Mobile Number page? I cannot see 'start subscription' button which I think is missing.

        • I get stuck there.Says verify mobile number but has nothing to press or do anything with.

          • @ONEMariachi: Try another browser (without any adblocker or third-party cookie blocking).

            • @showzen: yeah was already doing that. It eventually loadd the subscription button but stuck spinning there now.

        • Yeah I’m stuck here too, it doesn’t load the bottom part of “start subscription'

        • The page keeps asking to verify your number even after you've verified it (probably because the server is cooked right now). However, after you've verified it once (after it eventually works), sometimes (maybe 1 in 10 refreshes), it will show the 'start subscription' button instead. (Then the challenge is getting past auth0 error.)

        • How do you tell if it has given you free 12 months?

  • Finally got it! Kept refreshing the mobile verification page. Eventually it will let you verify (though it will say the code is wrong a few times before accepting it). Then refreshing the page again until the 'start subscription' button stopped giving 'auth0 private' error and got through!

  • Thanks! I've been using binge for the last 8 months and it's okay for certain shows that I'm interested in but 12 months free is even better than paying.

  • stuck at auth . Finally was able to verify the number after like 30 tries.

  • Site is completely crashed now accepted my voucher and i was stuck on phone details. hope they will resolve since it was stuck on my phone details not on account details.
