Not sure why Fusetech is keep uploading their deal when they don't have capacity to ship out or finalise the order. I am also waiting for my order since last 2 week and no update from them.

  • Ordered one. Hope to get it soon

Also you can’t even click account on the menu while on mobile. It’s covered by the message widget.

  • Really impressed with them. Placed an order for this bundled PC few days ago but work confirmed that all employees will be provided laptops. Canceled order which was already packed up and ready to ship, they canceled it and refunded straight away. Great customer service. Will surely buy again if the need arises.

  • Did any one get the email confirmation on ship out? I haven't received 😐

    • Read the second sentence in the ad

      • oh thanks for noticing that. I did not received any update on my last order which I have placed 3-4 weeks before. So was checking, is it normal with this seller?

  • my friend bought one unit from them on previous deals. The unit has an issue after 3 months. they are refusing the repair/support and said it's out of warranty.

    • +1

Hi! Each of them come with a year warranty , so you would be covered! Message through your order number and I can chase it up for you.

      • Thank You, will send you the message

  • Ugh. Never again. Never been so frustrated with delivery in my life. FuseTech ‘ship’ with sendle who then outsourced it to couriersplease. Who are next to incompetent.

No one knows where my parcel is, been on support for hours.
Taken the day off to receive it today on the chosen redelivery date but no one knows where it is. But now can’t get another week day free for couple weeks.

I’m unable to leave on authority due to the area I live in.

I’d rather spend the extra $10-$20 and ship with aus post.

This is why Amazon is killing it. One damn frustrated customer here.

    • Hi,

So Sendle overall is actually quite good we don't have many issues with them compared to Auspost actually, surprisingly. We cant control what happens once the PC is sent out, and yes any courier service is very difficult to get ahold off for parcel locations. Happy to follow it up for you just send through a message!

      Cheers,
      Gabriel
