        Nah. I've missed out on a few deals that get released at midnight. We had advance warning for this and it's easy enough to set an alarm.

              @neezy: There's still the same amount of people, 1250.. if anything, advance notice gives people more chance to inform their close others of the deal leading to less "others" being able to get the bonus.

              That wasn't even my original point but people seem insistent on making me draw conclusions.

                @decc0: Yeah… still don't get it 😅 All good, just tryna understand your "Undisputed logic". It helps me understand the world better as I have difficulties with that 😓

                But yeah, I think posting at midnight for a later start time is the best option, as it'll capture the most users (i.e. give more people the opportunity to take advantage of the deal).

                Users who are up at midnight are aware of the deal, users who are up later in the morning are also aware of the deal, since the window is much larger.

                Anyone who doesn't set a reminder for that start time, on any of their devices (as I'm sure most people have a few now)… well… that's on them aye 🤣

                    - I give away $50 to the first 10 people I meet that morning
                    - I tell people "I'll be at X at 10am, the first 10 people here get $50"

                    Of course the second one is going to run out quicker. You're telling people in advance exactly what you plan to do.

                    This isn't even about the deal any more lol I just don't get how you can't see the logic.
