  STEAM had this on sale for $15 last week. Never fails, if you wait a few days (sometimes hours) Green Man Gaming or Gamersgate will have it cheaper. Although i would probably pay $3 more to have it activate in STEAM, just to keep things nice and neat.

    Ditto.

    Now, the reason there are sales lately is because there is new DLC coming. They want to widen their userbase. I believe the GOTY will be coming out too, so the price on batman without the DLC would be expected to drop a touch.
