  Just got the phone - 256gb black.
  Ordered just past midnight early 6th May.
  Was on processing until I went on live chat in 12th May and it changed to preparing dispatch.
  Went on live chat again ystd 16th May and they asked me if courier has reached out to me. I said no and they said to wait for courier to contact me. A couple hrs later, I got a text from StarTrack.
  And today the phone, case and adapter arrived. Samsung order page still shows preparing dispatch.
  A lot of coincidences between live chat contact and order changes

    Seems we've broken something with these orders. Phone all arrived ok but chasing down a tax invoice for TRS. Online chat rep had to escalate because "something is not right with the order".

    Had the phone for a week and order was still pending until I questioned it today.

      :( Having the same problem here. Still haven't received the Tax invoice - received my phone last Tuesday. Called them on Friday and they've "escalated to back office"
