          If you didn't send in the phone you would always get the trade in charger back on the value of the phone.

          You get to keep the $500 bonus.

      $510 at checkout & they must receive your old phone within a set time period after the new device has been delivered (14 days?) if you plan to trade in your phone.

      If you don't return your phone, they charge your card the trade in value of your phone + a $60 admin fee ($600 in this case) after the grace period for returning your old phone expires.

      So if you don't return your phone, you get to keep the loyalty bonus + trade in bonus ($100+$500) but your total will still be $1110 for a S22 Ultra ($510 at checkout, $600 billed afterward to your card if you don't return your old phone.)

      Not sure how the Tesltra GC plays into it, but if its not applied at checkout you can add $200 to both equations.

    After chatting with Samsung online got 10% off one off code on any order but this didn't allow me to get Samsung care which was ok as I saved around 180. Also managed to get Telstra Sim for $1. Hope I get the $200 GC from Telstra. Price paid around 1006.60 after trade in discount plus 175 trade in value.
    Edit: I told while chatting I am using s20 ultra and wanted to upgrade to S22 ultra. He suggested me 10% code.

      yes, it might been due to re-using an IMEI/device that you've previously used to get trade in credit. I believe that's what happened to me, regardless of whatever device I try from in my home, I get that exact same error.

      Unless im wrong, but either way its annoying.
