I bought these off Amazon 4 days ago but sent them back after just 30 minutes of use. The latency on my windows laptop was unbearable, and I know it was them to blame as my 3 pairs of 65ts have always worked perfectly over the last 4 years.
Another feature which turned into an issue is the left earpiece being independent to the right one, which is something I've always wanted, however this was also annoying as the left one would start playing audio 1-2 seconds before the right one kicked in.
Perhaps they were defective, perhaps they can be excused because they don't claim to support windows, but I just thought I'd share my experience.
I've bought these at launch and have been using them for 6 months. The original firmware was buggy af but have improved. I didn't notice any major issues on the latest firmware and I use them with Teams everyday and didn't notice any latency issues. But yes, occasionally the earbuds don't seem to start up at the same time.

Jabra is great! Love my 65T I’ve had for last 3.5 years.
With the introduction of this new Jabra Elite X (x = 3,4 or 7) it has become so confusing for me to upgrade, idk which is a newer model or how is 1 better than the other..
65T -> 75T -> 85T .. then 7?Upgraded from a 65T Active to the 7 Elite Active 2 weeks ago. Definitely an improvement overall in terms of SQ, ANC and footprint (7 is much smaller and lighter).
