If you're not in a rush, save some cash and landfill, and go second hand. Got mine for $80 like new.

I use this camera for work meetings (overkill I know) but since you’re reading this it means you’ll buy it for the bargain and work out why you needed it in the first place later
I posted it because:
a) the fact that it rotates is an advantage
b) I record videos for work that get published online, so I want to look my best and prettiest.

I sit in front of a window. I know that’s not the best, but I enjoy my setup. Do you know if something like this would handle the glare better than my built in webcam?
My experience is that it's a massive difference. I don't own this specific webcam model, I have a logitech brio, but in terms of this level of webcam in general hopefully can provide some input.
Its nowhere near as good as say a samsung galaxy or iphone camera, but still a big improvement to a general inbuilt webcam. I WFH and sit next to a window. My Laptop camera always struggled and you could barely see me. Now it's crisp af and looks way more professional
If you move around a lot it can lose focus and take a while to refocus in less than ideal ligthting conditions; ideally with any camera you wouldn't position a light source behind you, but overall for me it made a worthwhile difference.
