Good price on this AMD CPU for those shopping on a budget. While it's not as fast as the 5600X it's still a very good performing CPU and has integrated graphics making it more suitable for SFF builds. Features 6 cores, 12 threads, max boost clock up to 4.4GHz and includes a Wraith Stealth Cooler.

    There's nothing on the first page of Google that I can see as being cheaper. Not even on Staticice. Please show me cheaper.

  Would much rather spend ~$6 extra to buy from Amazon AU for the faster shipping and decreased environmental impact from transporting it across the world. Then again, this is OzBargain and if every $ counts to you fair enough.

  To be clear I wouldn’t describe this as a cheaper alternative to the 5600x. Much better off with a 5600 (non X) unless you are buying specifically for the integrated graphics.

  Unless you need the IGPU, get the Ryzen 5500 for $230ish from most places (even less when there's an eBay sale or Shopping express does its 10% off sale).

  Integrated graphics perfect for those casual miners on their PC, you can still mine fully and display output on integrated graphics.
