I helped my daughter put together the Hogwarts Castle and I was pretty impressed with the quality. End result looks better than Lego stuff IMO.
Made for a nice display piece until she lost interest.
Oh I agree that the knock-off lego is quite good. I've built the falcon and Hogwarts castle using "LEPIN" bricks as well.
I was just saying how it seems like you aren't getting many pieces for the price you are paying but my point is moot since this kit is made from different components.
