Nah I'd rather have the discount up front

they did not give me credits from last purchase!

    • I did not recevie the $100 credit too(purchased on 26th April). I sent two email and did not receive any responding. I also called their 1300 and no one know who should be able to help neither.

      Really bad customer experience

      • were you subscribed to their promo emails? You don't get it if you're not

Useful info for anyone considering this offer:

I got $50 credit from their offer last month as part of a $300 purchase. When looking at the terms and conditions i found out that the store credit expires in one week and cannot be used on price matches and price negotiations. I was expecting to wait for a decent sale to come along to use it but that didn't happen. So i ended up purchasing a tefal frying pan that was 40% off. Out of the entire store, only a handful of tefal frying pans were reduced. And this was the only thing that made the credit worthwhile, since otherwise i'd end up paying RRP on something i didn't want just to use it.

The day after the credit ended the sales resumed. It's pretty much timed to make your credit of as little value as possible. So unless you're gonna be buying something that is never reduced with the credit, and that too within a week, you may be better off paying slightly more to get a better discount elsewhere than to get the credit only to lose most of its dollar value.

Same thing happened to me it’s quite dodgy.

    • Yeah TGGs are very dodgy when it comes to their store credit promotion. Very short expiry time.

They should change their name to TDGs ( the dodgy guys)

  • Monitors included?

Stay TF away from TGG store credit promo. I’ve had terrible experiences dealing with them. Not worth it.

  • Store Credit will expire at 11:59pm Sunday 8th June, 2022

  • I also lost my money due to that 1 week policy . Is dodgy "GGs" . Keep customers happy - they buy and return . Owned by JB I believe .

  • I wonder if cooking packages includes Weber Q’s

  • Well I picked up an LG soundbar today that I ordered online. Let's see if I get anything - don't think it's in the exclusion list.

  • fingers crossed for tomorrow

  • Anyone received their credit?

    • Not yet.. Went here to ask the same question…

      • Just received mine in an email at 1pm.

    • Received at 1pm

  • Didn't get mine - will never trust them again.
