Early than 10th June: Shipping to the backers

Is this some sort of Kickstarter where I may or may not get the goods?

    • +1

You will get before 10. June. Also follow the AU market policy. 30days return and 365days issue replacement:)

The product has been shipping and will arrived in 10days

  • Is the plug removable ?

    • +1

      Not, only for AU.

      • If that's the case why would you put the prongs on upside-down? I know the China market has upside down angled prongs, but if this is for the australian market then it's kinda awful.

          !!!
You are right! The art designer takes it the wrong way. I fix it now. In fact, The item is right:: Tks so much.

Pls pm me and leave ur info:) I will send a sample to you:)

          Tks so much!

  • OP Any deal on one in stock with removable plug please? 🙏

    • It's all out of stock and in transit. Maybe in 1-2 weeks :)

  • Will this work with Lenovo Legion 5 Pro-16ACH6H Laptop?

(I recently tried a Comsol 100W USB-C Power Adapter and that didn't work).

Looking for a secondary power supply when I don't want to carry around the mega brick!

    • I check on google. This laptop needs 230W or 300W AC Adapter.

On the other hand, Lenovo always limited the output of the third-part charger.

    • +4

I chat online with the staff.

Q: Legion 5 Pro 16" - AMD this model could be charged via a 100W USB C adapter?
A:Sam: You cannot charge it through USB-C and it needs a minimum of 230W to charge the laptop.

      • Thanks for your quick reply and confirmation. I should have included more information.

You are correct regarding the 230W for maximum performance. But there is a USB-C port on rear… the user manual describes as follows:

The USB-C port on the rear side of your computer supports power input up to 20 V and 5 A. … In another scenario, if you carry your computer around without the included ac power adapter, you may use a capable USB-C charger to provide power through the rear USB-C port.

Can confirm 100W will SLOW charge the laptop, for general office duties only, not for gaming. I have one 165w charger at the office (max 100w from ubs c port) and 300w Lenovo charger at home.

Cannot confirm if Heymix will do the same though

          • @samuelsun2000: Maybe you could use the 100W model only with the core-graphics model.

If Lenovo supports the 3rd part charger, this HEYMIX charger will also work well.

The 20A5V is the official PD standard

          • @samuelsun2000: Which 165w charger do you have at the office? I'm looking at doing the same setup for my L5P so I don't need to carry the 300W brick around.

  • Does the power supply reset each time a device is added or removed?

    • +5

Maybe all the multi-port chargers will have this problem.
Because the charger need recalculate the output of each port.

It's not like USB A port. the output only has 2-3 output rate. The C port much more complicated. PD.PPS.QC. The charger need contact with the devices and know now the output power, recalculate and reconnect.

The only thing we could do better is reduce the reconnect time cost

      • Thanks for the explanation, appreciate knowing about the limitations.

I wasn't having a dig but I do have an existing charger from your company and its the only issue i have with it, otherwise it's perfect.

Perhaps it may be possible to move the USBA circuits off the smart switching circuit so that it doesn't get powered off when another device is disconnected?

        • The chip controls the output. If move the USB A circuits off it means more control chip and the charger will need more power.

If control together, C+A=65W = 1 chip and 65w total output.
If A port output rate will control by itself, C+A=65W+18W = 2 chips and 83w total output. The power will be a little wasteful sometime

      • the multiport power split and reset is common …… it’s why the charger you get with your phone or laptop only has one port, so that you don’t try to charge 2 devices and ring tech support about slow charges …… with one port it doesn’t happen …… if you need to charge fast charge one device, if it’s overnight use all the ports ……

love your 25w and 30w chargers, have a few scattered at home and the office and no issues ….wish they would also have power LED though.

  • Nice. I was just about to order the older 100W model, but this one is much better deal. But I wish this would be combined with a USB-C dock/hub. This is compact enough that I can stop searching for that unicorn for now, but it’d be awesome for that type of thing to exist one day.

  • What about Samsung super fast charging. Many devices will only charge Samsung at fast rates - basically 1/3-1/2 of Samsung provided charger.

    • It supports PPS charging which is the protocol that Samsung's Super Fast Charging uses, so no problems.

  • USB-C1 Output: 5V ⎓ 3A , 9V ⎓ 3A , 12V ⎓ 3A ,15V ⎓ 3A, 20V ⎓ 5A (100W Max, please use 5A data cable)

    do you sell this too?

    • This set include 5A 100W cable

  • Hi OP
What's the chance of getting it before 8th June as I am going overseas on this date and would like to have it before I leave. Otherwise, I will look elsewhere.

    • I will send it as soon as I can :)

  • Word of warning to others. I got hit with an "International transaction fee" of $2.14 for this purchase. Adds slightly to the advertised price

    • I just check with the tech team. Sry for the problem.
Because we are the HK company, The international transaction fee is up to the bank side.
Pls send the order number and screenshot to [email protected]. I could help you refund the extra fee.
By the way, You also could choose PayPal payment.

Tks for the report and I will write this "International transaction fee" clearly when posting next time

      • It's fine. Just thought I'd warn others.

  • Hey @auselect any offers coming up for this charger. Looking to buy one
